It is totally worth the price. Quiet place. Staff friendly. Room has all the facilitied you need, like a fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer. Bathroom was clean.

Weather was warm for Feb in MN so grounds were soggy and did not allow us to hike and explore the trails on the property. House was clean and all amenities required were found in bathrooms and kitchen. We enjoyed exploring Rochester finding several great dining spots. Hope to return in summer to ...
