This beautiful semi-detached house in Kamschlacken in the Harz Mountains offers a spacious and cozy retreat for families or groups. A warm wood-burning stove and a sun terrace create the perfect holiday atmosphere. One bedroom has two single beds on the ground floor. An additional child-friendly bed is located in the wood-paneled attic, accessible via a small ladder – a true children's paradise.

The large garden is the highlight, offering direct access to the tranquil Söse River through a gate at the rear. The rear garden area, with its tranquil pond, forms a natural oasis for relaxing amidst beautiful nature. Well-marked hiking and cycling trails nearby invite you to explore the breathtaking Harz landscape.

Excursions in the surrounding area include visits to the Söse Dam, the charming towns of Osterode, Braunlage, Wernigerode, and Quedlinburg, and a scenic ride on the famous Brocken Railway – something for every nature lover and adventurer.

Een fantastische plek, zeker met onze twee honden die heerlijk spelen in de geweldige tuin. Een hele rustige omgeving, zeer centraal in dit prachtige gebied, vanuit huis loop je zo het wandelgebied in. Huis is van alles voorzien, sanitair wat gedateerd maar dat wordt binnenkort gerenoveerd door de nieuwe eigenaren. Alles is heel schoon. Je hoort het riviertje achter het huis kabbelen. Wij zijn blij!

Das Haus war wunderschön und hervorragend gelegen: Ein schöner Garten, liebevoll eingerichtet, und es gab einige Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten (Tischfußball, Karten) und der Kamin war fantastisch, Kleine Mängel waren: Die Schlafzimmer konnten nicht verdunkelt werden, es gab keine Geschirrtücher und der Stöpsel für die Badewanne fehlte, Dennoch: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist total gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und schnell. Schön war, dass wir etwas später auschecken konnten. Einziges Manko war vllt die Spühlmaschine, die nicht ausreichend Power hatte und wir einiges pee Hand waschen mussten. Vllt war es aber auch unserer Unfähigkeit im Punkto Bedienung zu schulden.

Ofen funktionierte nicht / Agentur war penetrant

Für uns lag das Haus sehr gut. Die Größe war für eine Familie zu fünf über Weihnachten gut. WLAN war über schlechten Satelittenanbieter und war so schlecht, dass wir es nicht nutzten sondern über Mobile Router 4G Vodafone selbst etablierten. O2/DTAG hat nur EDGE. Der Ofen war leider nicht gut. Ganz daneben war die Agentur Belvilla. Schon lange vor dem Zahlungstermin wurde ich mit Zahlungsaufforderungen zugespamt mit der Drohung, die Wohnung wird unverzüglich gecancelt. Zudem war die Kommunikation in schlechten Deutsch per Textbausteinen. Paypal als Zahlungsnmittel wurde nicht verstanden.
