"Great location for Lourdes, on street parking is a plus. The place is nice and clean the bed was remarkably soft and uncomfortable. We arrived around 1am and the hotel was open; that was great and not usual in the town."

"Booked for 3 nights. Left after 2 as soon as we could get booked in elsewhere. I understand it’s “budget” but the rooms are more like prison sells. The bathroom was filthy, mould all around the edges, brown splats up the door. Door was falling apart at the bottom. It was 25° when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t working. It was unbearable in the room. We kept trying to catch someone on reception and every time we went down no one was around. If you are booking a family room with bunk...

The exterior is quite run down and in need of maintenance. The rooms are decent in size, but they also need updating. The bathroom and furniture are old and worn out.
