"Partis pour randonnés et nous reposer, nous avons été désagréablement surpris de la promiscuité du gite avec les 2 autres pas annoncés comme tels sur l'annonce et de la taille du gite annoncé pour 6/8 personnes il est en réalité prévu pour 6 maximum. Encombré, difficile de manger à 8 dans la pièce, 1,5 salle de bain c'est à dire une seule douche (baignoire en fait) il faut faire la queue. Mais le pire ce sont les nuits: les loirs nous ont empêchés de dormir, ils courent, grattent dans les murs...

"Tres bon séjour. Gite très bien placé dans 1 village agréable et calme. Nous avons apprécié le petit jardin pour nos repas extérieurs avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Tres bon accueil pour la remise des clés Seul bémol, la chambre rouge en bas est humide(murs et literie). Gîte non adapté poir des personnes à mobilité reduite car beaucoup d'escalier. "

"The property was spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with new, high spec appliances and loads of pots, pans, gadgets and crockery. Living and dining area was good for up to 8 adults max. Bedrooms in the basement were adequate but poorly ventilated with no windows. Location in village was great with stunning views from parking area which doubled as terrace and eating area shared with 2 other properties so outdoor eating wasn't very practical and so very disappointing for a summer holiday....

La verdad que ha sido una pena porque la casa está muy bien situada y los alrededores son de escándalo, pero la limpieza y falta de esas cosas indispensable en cualquier alojamiento, la puntuación muy mala. "The apartment is very small but cosy, ideal for 2-3 person. It's well equipped, it has everything you need to cook. Make sure to bring bed sheets and towels, since they are not included."

"This home is simply wonderful. It’s a dream to stay up there. It is above Laruns and extremely private with just a few homes around it w a huge view of Laruns and the area. Perfect yard and chairs to hang out to look at the mountains or see the night sky. The house has 3 separate bedrooms upstairs. Large dining area that can sit at least 6 people. "No location signage No note left regarding the power which was isolated No linen provided so slept without sheets Host spoke very little English and was not local No information left regarding local footpaths Field next to cottage was full of sheep with bells for the 36 hours we were there The weather was perfect and location ok but remote"

"Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. Finally desk staff did something on their computer for us, said wait 15 min, but took about an hour to get wifi on devices. Staff at desk tried, but this needs to be fixed on a higher level."

"When I arrived the place was locked shut. Nobody about. When they finally arrived the lady, after asking my name started "you have no reservation " I showed my passport so she could see my name, but then started waving her arms about and shouting "NO RESERVATION, NO RESERVATION ". Thats the first time ever thats happened at check-in. At this point her partner appeared, and found my reservation in 30 seconds. Unfortunately I'd booked half board. Dinner was abysmal. A slice of pizza as starter. Mixed vegetables and a few bits of grilled gammon. I was only given one option for each. Breakfast was even worse. The table was present with one croissant, a small glass of orange juice and 3 bits of bread. I had to borrow the butter from the next table and go and find someone for a coffee. I couldn't get out of the place fast enough. "
