"The local noises of dogs barking and cockerels crowing was bad enough but when it stopped one still couldn't sleep because the beds were so uncomfortable we'd have been better sleeping in the car. Fairly convenient location to walk to Pompei ruins - about 25 minutes - but definitely would not use again. The room was fair enough but the whole place was very tired indeed. The nearest one could get to breakfast was the contents of a vending machine. When the fire alarm went off at 4.30 in the morning no-one appeared to investigate and none of the other guests considered evacuating and no hotel staff were anywhere to be seen despite living on site, so we decided to leave a day early."

"Great resort kid friendly amazing breakfast! Horseback riding available for adults and kids — extensive beautiful grounds. Only down side the restaurant on site geared for wine tasting not ideal for family dining you will pay a fortune for pasta. Better to go into the town lots of restos and the Pompei archeological site— which is a must and stroller friendly!!"

"The room smelled very odd and was overwhelming. We tried to turn on the air conditioning to circulate air and cool the room but it didn’t work. We ended up renting a room elsewhere for the night. When we checked out someone put a portable air unit in the room but it was after we left. The carpets in the halls show wear and tear beyond normal and could use a replacement. We did come back and enjoy the breakfast."

"The staff went above and beyond. We have been home for over 2 weeks now, and we still keep talking about how friendly everyone was at the Hotel. They were wonderful, from the minute we woke and had breakfast until we said good night. We literally felt like part of their family. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds are beautiful and so well-kept. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting the Amalfi Coast. Grazie to the entire staff! "

"On the night I stayed a school was staying at the hotel. 105 teenager completely running wild and making so much noise I had to change room at 01:00 in the morning. The school should be ashamed, letting the kids run wild all over the hotel. Disgusting also from the teachers also who never had any control over them.. Poor management decision also splitting 105 children over the hotel running wild while some of us tried to sleep being there on buisness. But thats IHG corporate greed.. don’t give a toss. Avoid this place…."

"This hotel was in a convenient location. It was walking distances from the port, train/bus station and many rental car locations. We only had a 1 night stay to pick up or rental car before heading off. We arrived early and the hotel stored our luggage for us while we went out. The hotel is dated but comfortable. The breakfast provide was great and all the staff was lovely."
