This is a modern smart clean hotel conveniently situated in Oslo with an excellent in house restaurant. The staff are all without exception warm and friendly and I would highly recommend them. The only negative point I have is relatively minor, the rooms do not have any usb charging points (but the TV has a spare port on the back albeit it's very awkward to access but just about do-able)

Lovely hotel close to all of the shops and restaurants that Oslo has to offer. Staff very welcoming and room lovely and clean with a very comfy bed. Good choice of food at breakfast.

What a wonderful hotel. Loved our stay! The front desk was extraordinary helpful and thoughtful. Great location. Walking distance to so much. And the breakfast… one of the most insane over the top fantastic breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel. It was a work of art with everything imaginable to eat or drink. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great hotel in a good location. It’s a few blocks from the Oslo Parliament building and Karl Johans Gate (main pedestrian mall). Rooms are European sized (smaller) but very adequate and clean. The included breakfast is one of the best we had in all of Norway. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Hotel right within town center Oslo. One can walk to all the attractions or catch a buss, tram, train after a short walk. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is definitely one of the very best we have ever seen. When we return to Oslo, this Hotel will be number one on our list!

Interesting stay at Thon Rozenkrantz
We received a handicap assessable room, without having asked for it, and without being told about it at the desk. So when we came up to the room, we were surprised. The room size was nice, but the flooring/carpet was a strange plasticky carpet and not cozy at all. The room was also too warm, and we could not find the thermostat, so we had to sleep the night in a too-warm room.

A Great Choice for Touring Oslo
The hotel is perfectly and centrally located in Oslo, making everything easily accessible. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The gym was great compared to most I’ve used and it’s usually empty! Staff were all kind, informative and helpful. My only suggestion for anybody who is a light sleeper, would be to avoid the lower floor (2nd, maybe 3rd) rooms that are facing the front of the hotel - there’s a jazz bar across the street that is open until 3am and one night the patrons were quite loud. Outside of that the neighborhood overall is very quiet and this would only be noticeable in a small handful of rooms; I am certain the front desk would accommodate a request that places you somewhere else in the hotel. In summary, this hotel was perfect for us and I would book here again!!

Brilliant find in perfect location
So glad we chose this hotel in the perfect location in town. Pretty much everything was within a 10-15 min walk and yet it wasn’t noisy at all. Staff were so helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was comfortable and big but we opted for the business room, which gave us a separate lounge and bedroom, so I can’t comment on the standard rooms. Breakfast was very good and a huge amount of choice. We would definitely stay again if we’re able to visit Oslo again!

The hotel and staff are wonderful and there is a fantastic breakfast included. However we were very close to the street and the two bars are open until 3:30 a.m. everyday making it difficult to sleep until after closing. We went out and invested in ear plugs, however it was still noisy. When checking in ask to be placed away from the bar side.

Lovely location and property. The staff is very nice and breakfast is great. The only issue we had was that the rooms were too warm. We turned off the heat but the problem is the hotel does not have air conditioning. It was so warm I had to ask for a fan to sleep with a window that would only open a crack. This was the end of October so it wasn’t even the summer months. Unfortunately we won’t go back due to the lack of climate control.

Clean and comfortable property. Breakfast buffet was plentiful but not exceptional as I expected. Room was small but clean. Bathroom was not as cramped as most hotels in UK and Europe. Service was excellent. Price was expensive for what you get but that’s Oslo in general.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and always friendly. The location was convenient-steps to the tram line which was easy to navigate, and it is within walking distance to the Karl Johans Gate and many attractions. The breakfast buffet was amazing! We also had excellent dinners at the hotel restaurant. I really can't say anything bad about this place.

Breakfast was amazing! The room was a typical hotel room, but very hot and stuffy, even with the heat turned all the way down. We had to open the windows, which was fine with earplugs even with the street noise - at least until the construction started at 5 am. Decent location.

Hotel is excellently located and everything is walkable. Really friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is very good indeed. We were given an upgrade and even though our room was opposite the lifts we didnt hear any noise. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The staff here were extremely nice and helpful. And the food was fantastic. They just had opened up their restaurant for diner service when I stayed. The food was great and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this hotel.
