Amazing experience

Amazing experience. Fabulous setting and just a 10 minute walk into Son village. Spa has everything you need. Suggest booking a suite with balcony. Outdoor Sauna by the Fjord is terrific for the daily Sauna ritual which lasts about 45 mins. Son village is also not to be missed.

Son spa

I had a lovely stay. Such a nice place overall and the staff is lovely and easy to interact with. The room was excellent and the spa services were outstanding and relaxing. Would recommend this place anytime

Stedet var nydelig og veldig fint spa. Elsket belysningen der. Rommet var fint, men vaskepersonalet hadde glemt igjen flasker og det var hår på dolokket. Personalet (spesielt manager vi møtte til bordreservasjon) opplevdes sure. Ellers var maten veldig god og en fin restaurant!

Rom for forbedringer

Vi har hatt et fint opphold, veldig god service og blide i resepsjon. Restauranten vi spiste frokost og middag i innfrir dessverre ikke. Apretiffen ble servert samtidig med maten begge kvelder🙈 og maten kom veldig raskt og grillspyd til nesten .500,- er de minste jeg har sett! Og gjennomstekt og seigt kjøtt med litt pommes fries og en mikro salat. Frokosten fungerer greit med få gjester men på lørdag kl 10 var det komplett kaos og sure og lite serviceminded personale. Ventetid på en omelett var 35 minutter, det samme for kokt egg! Massasje i Spa’en var veldig bra og vi følte oss veldig velkomne ! Terningkast 6 Suiten vi bodde på har veldig få stikkontakter! Ingen på bad. Gardinene hang og slang og var hullete. Dårlige tv signaler,

sånn midt på treet

Alt for varmt på rommet og ingen AC. Dyr parkering og veldig trangt P-hus. Mange rom med veranda der gjester satt ute til langt på natt - noe vi opplevde nokså støyende. Fin spa og god mat. Hyggelig betjening

Bra hotell men dårlig restaurant.

Selve hotellet og spaet var veldig bra, og de ansatte i resepsjonen og restauranten var imøtekommende og hyggelige. Dessverre var maten i restauranten en stor skuffelse og ødela helhetsopplevelsen. Både forretten og hovedretten var elendig – oversaltet og overstekt. Frokosten var generelt bra, men den varme maten var kald, noe som trekker ned. Dersom kjøkkenet skjerper seg, er dette lett en 5-stjerners opplevelse!

Vi koste oss veldig med ei natt hos dere! Fikk mye ut av tiden vi hadde. Nydelig sted! Skulle ønske frokosten varte til kl 11, og under middagen ventet vi veldig lenge på servitøren mellom middag og desserten. Men alt i alt veldig fornøyde.

Fin plass litt små ting kunne forbedres.

Veldig tregt i resepsjonen når vi skulle sjekke inn, selv om damen var søt å snill. Da vi sto der så kom det en bar ansatt ut å sa et høyt «off» kanskje ikke det beste første inntrykket. Skuffet over at det ikke var noe bar i spaet, måtte gå ut der resepsjonen var med vått badetøy å slippers. Kanskje for dyrt å ha ansatte på jobb i Norge idag. Kunne ikke sette noe på rommet å vi var jo på spa så hadde jo ingen kort med, ble veldig mye styr. Litt sånn dårlig service på mange som jobbet der selv om det var noen som var veldig flinke. Men mye kan forbedres. Spa damene var veldig flinke å god på service. Ekstremt god mat på hotellet å veldig fin plass å fine rom :-)
