The check-in experience was ok, except 'I'll give nice view' ended up with no view at all. The room temperature was barely 68F (20.1C). When I asked for help from the female receptionist, her first reaction was to why I complained, but she eventually promised to contact maintenance. The floor of the room is freezing. Breakfast was excellent. The Hotel restaurant has a nice view of the fjord, clean, great location for my needs. Comparing other Scandic experiences I have, this one was above average. At the end of the day, it is all about the people.

The room could have been cleaner. The property as a whole was nice and the staff friendly. I just did not think the amenities are as good as other hotels in the area. There is a supermarket across the street and the view from my room was fantastic.

This is a clean and modern hotel close to buses that can get you in to central Oslo in around 25 minutes. Nice water views too. The main drawback is the very limited menu at the restaurant.

Crampy standard queen size rooms. Bathroom has no lotion and they dont provide toothbrush with toothcream on request as the hotell doesnt have it, but one can buy it. Ok breakfast with ok variety of meals. Very good stuff at the reception desk among them Falk who really tried to do his best to make our stay pleasant. Many thanks for your amazing service!

Despite the issues surrounding coronavirus the hotel maintains good standards, the staff are helpful despite being very busy.

The property was convenient, but to be frank, and I agree that hotels need to make everyone comfortable; but I never feel comfortable in a room equipped for the disabled. This is, in particular when the bathroom is a full wet room.

The hotel it’s self was stunning, lovely and clean. The only issue i have is that there was no drink making facilities in the rooms. You have to go downstairs to lobby if you want to make a cup of tea/ coffee. Especially annoying as the machine wasn’t working and the guy who I told didn’t seem bothered to get it fixed. Think it would be better if you could do this in your room because you don’t want to go all the way downstairs in the middle of the night to make a drink

The rooms was nice and clean with a beautiful view, but they put two single bed together as a full bed and I fell a few times in the crack between beds. Breakfast and staff for breakfast were great. But one evening we came back late and out side restaurant was closed so we decided to eat at hotel restaurant, the waitress which was older lady was roude and told us for our crowd we had to have reservation. We had no plans to eat there, how could we have reservation. the hotel had six floor and only one working ice maker on the second floor. So we had to go there to get some ice, or to the front desk to ask for ice every time. Basement parking 1 and 2 had very bad smell, every time we parked there we tried to run inside fast. I don't know why? Cleaning staff were great and pleasant. Location was great near grocery shop, mall, and transportation to the city center.

Oslo city centre easy to reach
The hotel lies in an area of office buildings on the grounds of the old Oslo Airport, only 50 m away fom the Equinor Oslo office. City centre of Oslo, 10 km away, is easy to reach by good bus services. The hotel is big and busy, but with very friendly service. We (3 persons) got an upgraded room; very spacious. We were bothered by noise from other guests, but the problem was efficiently handled by the hotel staff. Very good breakfast.

I would use this hotel again,.
Room was nice but not great. Beds were comfortable, bath was clean and nice. Some furniture needed some attention. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff attention was acceptable.

The staff went out of their way to take care of us and answer any questions we had. The breakfast was a big wow, The best breakfast at any hotel. we would stay at this hotel again. Thank you for making our trip to Oslo even more pleasant.

Good hotel
The hotel is very reasonable. Pros Comfy beds Staff were polite, friendly and helpful Clean rooms Cons Room was a bit cold and you can’t control the temperature from your room Breakfast was okay but we found one morning that there was a limited selection with some of it in need of refilling. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere reasonable to stay.

My time in Fornebu...
The staff was very helpful in showing me how to navigate Norwegian mass transit as well as helping me to find a flight home when WOW Airlines left me stranded in Scandinavia. I was extremely grateful for offers and their tenacity in following though. They followed though wiyh my requests for a special breakfast drink... It took until the 3rd day to get them perfect but I appreciate their persistence. I couldn't have stayed at a better hotel.
