Super clean and quiet! Did a quick overnight for a cruise in the morning, but lots of restaurants nearby. Bed was super comfy although the pillows are flat by American standards.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are self service kisoks in the hote to check in and outl. The staff seemed to be on hand to help you without even asking. Location is very good, close to train stations, bus stops and tram stops. The room was clean. Would recommend.

One of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve ever been and it was over $700 for two days-very steep price,but then it’s the height of the tourist season. I rated the staff 3 stars because I never saw any. The hotel is in a great location

The hotel is ideally situated between the Karl Johan and the Waterfront. You can walk everywhere within 5-15 minutes. Nice breakfast buffet, good shower!

One of the best "Self Service hotels"

One of the best "self service hotels" where i have stayed. Rooms are nice and clean. Remember this hotel has no room service or reception because it's "self service hotel", but still everything worked and check in was easy.

Great stay

This is a great hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I do recommend asking for a room above the second floor and not near the street. There are quite a few delivery trucks that make a lot of noise in the morning. Other than that, the staff was fantastic and friendly. The room was small but clean.

This was a great hotel. The staff was superb and the breakfast excellent. Everything that needed to be seen was within walking distance. Check in and checkout very simple and easy. Highly recommend.

Room was nice enough, but tiny. Bed was wall to wall. Bathroom very nice but small again. Very convenient location . Biggest complaint was noise. We were on 2nd floor and noise all night from outside.

Rooms are very small but overall quite clean and comfortable. Nicely updated. The fan over the shower was filled with dustballs that dropped on the floor but a minor complaint in terms of cleanliness. Close to the harbour, shopping and Aker Brygg. Don’t come with a lot of luggage or you will have no place to put it all except on your bed!

Great hotel in the middle of Oslo. Very central location, within walking distance if all the sights, and a stones throw from the harbour. Easy check in and check out processes. My only criticism is that my room faced inwards onto a courtyard (no sunlight or ability to see the weather outside), and I was unable to open the window, so room was a little stuffy. Otherwise a great experience!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient and I found the prove to be fair. There are a few things that could be improved. The towels were not changed daily, and the beds were not made during my stay. I also noticed a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant. Breakfast could be better as well – the selection was rather limited.

Nice hotel by the harbourfront

Location was brilliant, easy walking distance to port and other locations. Room was really small but as we spent most time out that wasn't a problem. Staff were friendly abd breakfast was a good spread. My only complaint was the taxi company that had a direct link to in the foyer tried to get me to pay without it showing the price on the card machine. When I complained he said don't i trust him, then after i tapped my xard he then produced another machine with the actual charge onnit. I thinknhe pribably cloned my card. Then he soed off so i couldn't take his plate number.

Overall a very good stay. The location is prime.. the only issue i has ia thay thr property is self service front desk. There is no reception and no for to ask for help. I had an issue trying to extend one night. The website was not working properly. It was a nuisance. Not to mention no security ir sense of some to talk to.. very weird for a hotel. Never seen this ever.

Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no reception (as described). However, the setup of the checkin counter was very simple and underlined the very impersonal atmosphere of the hotel. The parking situation was difficult to figure out and expensive. Here it would have been nice to have a point of information at the hotel, instead of having to figure it out alone. Additionally, the room was very small and not as advertised. The towels were of poor quality, the same was the case for the blanket and the tiny pillows. The cardboard thin walls and a roomdoor that didn’t lock automatically, gave a very unsafe feeling, with a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms and the hallway. The bathroom, despite its small size, was the best part of the room. The hotel is located in a very empty and cold location, with open but empty bars and no people around. However, you could quickly get to more fun parts of the city quickly. Overall, if you’re looking for a simple place to sleep during a weekend trip, this hotel might be a good option.
