Bright beautiful home in Oshawa! Steps away from trails 5 min walk to lake front

Leave all your worries behind in this spacious and serene 2 bdrm and full basement home. Large living room, beautiful kitchen and dining space to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Upstairs you will find 2 bdrms w cozy and simplistic feel and bathroom with shower and tub. Downstairs (basement) you will have a separate private living room w fireplace and TV, bathroom and space to enjoy your privacy.
Friends have called our home the Lakehouse as there is a beautiful lake across the street with trails and parks. We're a 5 minute drive to the highway and a 35 minute drive to downtown Toronto

No Parties - This is our family home We encourage family/friend dinners and gatherings but no loud or large parties will be permitted on the property
No loud noise after 10pm. If you are going to be overly loud please move to basement living area so that neighbours are not disturbed. Thank you!
