"I’ll start with what was nice about this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. That’s the only nice thing I am fortunate enough that I was only staying one night because the room was awful. I booked a no smoke room, and as soon as I entered the room, I could smell cigarette smoke. I told myself it was just one night, it’ll be fine. But then I saw some other gross things.
