"房間冷氣出風口滿滿灰塵，天花板通風氣口也是積滿灰塵，感覺身體都不自覺發癢，房間冷氣設定20°卻一點也不涼，熱到睡不著，煮水壺內膽底部生鏽痕跡，房間隔間紙門也有破損，怕被求償自己有先拍照存證，希望可以提供等值房價的住房體驗。"

"Incredible stay with excellent service. The breakfast was amazing - so well made and you can feel the love of the chef putting together. Rooms were comfortable and so cute! Loved the onsen (hot spring) tub on the balcony and spacious room with great amenities. It was a whole experience type of stay, above and beyond our expectations in beautiful Izu Kogen surrounded in nature. Family ran in the best way possible. Highly recommend!"
