Amazing location if you are planning to shop and eat! There are shops and restaurants that will cater to any budget range. If you wanna be the first in line at Daimaru, Louis Vuitton, Dior many more The location of this will surely impress you. Upon entering namba walk which is located right below you, there is a conveniently place grocery satisfied fruit, lover! a.k.a me :)

Rooms are so small and not for 2 people to share. Bed and pillows are hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a good variety

This hotel has great location. Room is small compare to Western standard but it's pretty typical in Osaka tourist area. It's minutes away from Crystal underground shopping/ eating street. Two nearby subway stations. From Shinsabashi subway station takes exit 5... there is elevator to the hotel. Nearby there is Toyu Hand department store which opens till 9pm on week night. About 10 mins walk to Hotel Nikko Osaka where you can catch airport bus. Hotel is clean, wifi is fast and there are 100 free movies (mostly Japanese with subtitles). I stayed for 6 nights in early May 2019 ... only one night I hear ambulance siren for a period of time. This hotel is near a hospital and edge of the commercial area. The sound didn't bother me much. Air conditioner is cold and quiet. Breakfast is mainly Japanese breakfast and some Western continental items. They have welcome drinks from 2-11 pm (tea, soft drink, juice, tea...). I will stay here again. Building door is locked and only access by guests who has keys ... I feel safe staying in this hotel. Staff are polite and speak good English.

4 day trip to Osaka, Nara and Kyoto
Our stay was great. Location was close to train station and easy to find. Convenience stores and great shopping nearby. So close to Dotonbori and night life. Room was clean and had all the amenities provided. Staff was easy to work with and spoke English. Breakfast was awesome.

Value, loc, clean & modern has 1 only tradeoff
Amazing hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet! All for 10K JPY! The hotel was reasonably priced and spotless with all the frills provided. The only trade off for all the modern and clean finishings was as you guessed the size of the room. No big deal when you’re traveling solo and just want to see the city. Would highly recommend to any of my friends.

Cozy quiet inn in middle of bustling Shinsaibashi
When we got out of Shinsaibashi subway station,Exit 5 was closed for major construction to last for a year.Guests of the hotel can choose Exit 1 or Exit 4 ( through Daimaru floors) to walk to the hotel. Look for Tokyu Hands store and the hotel is a few shops ahead.Location of the hotel is good.If weather is rainy or too hot, guests can walk down( entrance in front of hotel) to the underground Crysta Nagahori underground shop mall as a short-cut to Shinsaibashi shop mall or subway stations etc. Size of room is small as expected( Japanese standard) but super clean.With a bit of adjustment or organizing, guests should be able to get used to opening suitcases etc. in a small room. Hotel`s buffet breakfast is tasty especially the Japanese dishes.

Great location right next to many restaurants, bars and subways. The hotel itself was very clean and staff very helpful though some spoke limited English. The rooms are definitely very small, barely fitting luggage, so perhaps try to ask for one of the bigger units (corner rooms),

The staff was awesome. They were very helpful. As a tourist who does not know how to speak the language and the way around, the staff was so patient in showing me the places i want to go. Kudos to your team. When i go back,I will definitely stay here again!!!!

Comfy hotel good location
The location is pretty good, quite close to subway stations and walking distance to one of famous shopping area in Osaka. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The only thing is that I bought breakfast coupon when I checked in and there is no date on the coupon. I didn't use it and tried to get it refund when I checked out. No refund...so I would suggest buying the breakfast coupon only before having that.

Great Location, Small Room
This hotel is in an ideal location for exploring Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and all that Osaka has to offer. The hotel is very well maintained, and staff were very friendly. Complimentary refreshments in the lobby were also a nice touch. The room itself was super small, even by Japanese standards. Barely enough room to open one suitcase. At least the bathroom was super spacious and quite nicely equipped. For a convenient, budget friendly place to sleep in Osaka, I would definitely recommend staying here.
