我們兩人安排入住三人套房，房間非常寬敞，有三間雙人房，一個大廳，洗手間及沖涼房。房間設備齊全，有洗衣機、雪櫃、煮食爐具等，非常適合一家大細入住。只是客廳的梳化比較舊及座位好低，老人家坐下需要扶著物件才能站起來。

地點方便、價格實惠，沙發、床等覺得不太乾淨，空間很大可以睡8人以上，WIFI不太強，陽台的落地窗規格不對無法鎖起來，有洗衣機跟洗衣精但室內沒有晾衣服的地方亦無衣架，廚房只有湯鍋沒有平底鍋，附近有便利商店、超市、神社，離難波站近。

屋內清潔, 地方大足夠8人同住(4張床), 步行5分鐘有超巿, 對面就是難波八阪神社 只是廁所得1個, 沖涼房應改用門有鎖較好, 否則2個不同家庭有男有女就不便. 煮食可多提供煲及平底PAN會更好.

Not recommended- issues with host

The room was cute and the space was as advertised. However, communication with the host was not good. It seemed to be a combination of poor English and some odd ideas about hospitality/ business practices. They had requirements to use a PDF document with lengthy instructions to access the apartment and refused to provide the lockbox code any other way (such as by a simple message). There were two lockboxes, with the one that we actually needed hidden at the back of the mailbox. The property has a requirement to be out of the apartment from 10am to 5pm every day, supposedly for cleaning, but when we said we didn't want cleaning during our 2 day stay the host said that we still needed to leave the property during those hours. We're out sightseeing during those hours anyway, but we found it odd that they would need us to be out of the room anyway. The patio door was broken (and didn't get fixed during our stay), so we couldn't actually lock the apartment. Fortunately nothing happened, and Japan is a safe country, but not being able to lock the door while our children slept was a problem for us. Also, the host kept trying to get us to use their airport transfer service, even after we said we weren't going to/from the airport. The host's claim that this service was "cheap" was simply not accurate either, as it cost 12 times the cost of the train to the airport. Overall, this place was alright, but interacting with the host made it feel like we were going to be scammed.
