It was comfortable and close to the underground to the Expo. There is no reception so it is not possible to send luggage there, which is otherwise normal in Japan and makes traveling more comfortable.

The apartment is comfy and a good place for family

will definitely stay at this place again next time when we visit Osaka. The apartment is comfy and a good place for family/friends to stay. Close to Aquarium and dinning place. The parking facility was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

Has another great stay at this property. We find the location convenient and easy to get around. Easy train ride to Osaka Station for lots of shopping, eating and sight-seeing. The only issue we had was they ran out of parking spaces and one night we had to park locally at a pay lot.

Spacious and perfectly located!

Very spacious. In an excellent location to walk to the Osaka Aquarium (and adjoining shopping). Walked to the ferry and crossed the waters to Universal Studios Japan - it was perfect!! The only (minor) shortfall is the washing machine. Compared to the other places I stayed at with an all-in-one (I may have been spoiled by those), this unit has a top load washer.

I loved this place. I was skeptical as I am not a city girl. But I left our rental car in the parking (which is behind the building FYI don't make the mistake and pay for parking up front!) and hopped on the train as it was only one block away. Wow I became addicted to the trains after this. I loved it. There is a nice wagyu restaurant (izakaya) near by "Chikko Yokocho"

Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough.

It’s walking distance from the aquarium, the Ferris wheel and mall. Clean. Only issue is the WiFi is extremely slow. Also needs more forms of communication besides line app. Not all tourists use that app.

This was a fantastic stay in the middle of my family trip to Japan. After a week of smaller hotel rooms, it was nice to have a chance to stretch out in an apartment. I particularly loved how easy it was to get caught up with laundry! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook basic meals and rest and relax. It is walking distance to the aquarium and LegoLand and we were able to come home for a rest mid-day. The train station was just a short walk from the apartment and we found it easy to use transportation to access other areas of Osaka.

The property is on the older, but very functionable. It was great having 3 bedrooms for a family of 5 and there were attractions, supermarkets, transport and restaurants very close-by. It is approx 30mins away from central Osaka by train. There was a washing machine but no drying facility other than the balcony. The TV only supported local TV and we were unable to connect our laptop to it. We had an incident on check-in whereby there was another family in our room. They got the room numbers confused and managed to enter our apartment with their code. Luckily we were both staying for 3 nights and simply swapped rooms, both of us notifying the facility of the mishap and we had the booking details swapped. Communication from the property was excellent and they were very quick to respond.
