A few convenient stores nearby and there’s a 24/7 grocery store down the street, super convenient. The room is good size and clean. Check in and out process was easy, will definitely book this one again.

Great self contained place, sub-optimal location

Excellent self-contained apartment style hotel, really comfortable and well set up. Location was slightly too far out and access to metro was tricky with bags. Overall good value but would staff more centrally in future

It was my first time to Japan and Osaka was one of the destination. During my research, I came upon this hotel. This hotel was easily within walking distance to attractions and amenities. The room I had was very clean, quiet, spacious and modern. Love the fact it had a washer and drying room. This hotel is self check in and the owner/property management gave clear and precise intructiins for easy check in and out. Would definitely stay back here

This apartment was a simple but beautiful stay. Even though it is next to a highway, you don't really hear any road noise from inside. The walk to Dotonbori is not long, and feels like a quiet neighborhood as it's not full

A short distance from a few train stations, walkable distance from tourist attractions such as dotonbori and denden town. This hotel felt very comfortable and bigger than most others i’ve seen in japan. 10/10 would come back if in osaka again.

I loved our stay at this hotel! It was clean, modern and fully equipped. We loved the bath, the beds and the washer/dryer machine. Having a separate toilet room and shower room was great as well! Highly recommend!

Great location, washer dryer a big plus, enough tools in kitchen to make a simple meal and even has a full size fridge. The room feels a bit small but amenities are great for an apartment hotel. Email responses are super fast. The hotel is also full self check in and check out which is very convenient and you can pretty much check in around 12pm when they send the codes via email. Overall great value.

Very easy self check-in the room was clean & had great amenities. Love the washer/dryer in room. Balcony was clean & the view was nice. Hotel is next to the highway so it is quite place but you can still get some good rest once you get use to it.

Rm1203 lack hangers, coffee/tea/sugar n creamer. No kitchen towels to clean. Grocery store is at the corner you can make your own meals Its small but ok for 2 person. Short walk to station or use the Namba walk leads you to the Namba station. Good location.

We liked how we could check in early. It’s spacious. It is walking distance to street markets with restaurants. Walking distance to the night life in Osaka. The room has a washing machine and the shower room is configured to blow dry the clothes. Lots of storage space and you can cook if you wanted to. 7 elevens are plentiful and you can get some rice balls for snacks or lunch

The apartment was a great size. Plenty of room and basic amenities are provided. Iron was available on request. It was very clean, not even any dust! There was a slightly strange smell but this cleared up once the AC was on for a while. Parking lots are available close by as are convenience stores and a train station.

The location isn’t too bad but a bit of a walk to the subway. It is well lit on the property itself. It’s nice & clean. The only thing is there’s no clock(hens I know the whole world have their mobile at their palm, but it’s nice to something not to rely on the electronics while you’re trying to give yourself a break/away from it). The kitchen utensils isn’t even sufficient enough to cook a fry egg! Those are minor issues, so overall is pretty good.
