The management was so thoughtful. They really took care of us. We stayed at 1-2-7 Ebisunishi. The little apt was located in the perfect spot. So convenient with 4 train stations in walking distance, a grocery store with the most delicious ready made food just down the street, great shopping area and restaurants nearby. The apt was equipped with cooking pans, dishes, a washer with soap. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back.

La chambre était très jolie et très grande seul hic, L’adresse ne correspondait pas (oui...) Les défauts étaient que dans l’annonce il était indiqué qu’il y avait un micro onde qui au final n’y était pas. La salle de bain était standard et le lit très joli même s’il était abîmé par endroit. On a eu deux soucis avec cet hotel (on a eu peur mais tout sest bien terminé finalement) : _ le premier est que nous n’avions pas la bonne adresse de l’hôtel (peut-être n’avons nous pas reçu le mail indiquant le changement d’adresse ?), nous sommes donc allé à la première adresse et nous les avons appelé, et là ils nous donnent une deuxième adresse par téléphone : une deuxieme mauvaise adresse (argh). On a cherché 3 heures à l’adresse donnée mais...bin aucun hotel. On arrive donc paniqué à la police pour demander de l’aide (on ne savait pas où aller et un typhon était annoncé), et par chance, (après avoir galéré à se faire comprendre) les policiers ont eu l’infini gentillesse de nous mener à l’hôtel qu’ils pensaient (à raison) être le bon par perspicacité (on savait juste le numéro de la chambre qui indiquait qu’il etait au 10e étage, ils ont trouvé le seul hotel du coin à avoir 10 étages). Finalement l’hôtel etait bien le bon (bon mauvaise adresse 2 fois c’est ballot mais mise à part la panique et les 3h perdues tout sest bien terminé et la chambre était jolie). Le 2e souci est labsence de microonde mais cest anecdotique

깨끗하고 좋은집

난바역에서도 가깝고 제프난바와도 가까워서 좋았어요 사진보고 좁은가했는데 생각보다는 넓었고 발코니도 있어서 너무 좋았어요 숙소바로앞에 지하철역이 있는데 저는 난바만 이용해서 역이름을 모르겠어요.. 체크인 방식도 맘에 들었고 다시 오사카 갈일 있으면 제일먼저 찾아볼것같아요

정리정돈이 눈에 보이는 곳에만 하셔서 이불 꺼낼때 정리가 안되있어 사용하기 거북했고 심지어 커피포트는 고장나있어서 5일내내 사용을 못했다.

Nice place

Easy to get to places just ob too of the Metro train. Big space for 3 people, big bath tub. Clise to Lawson, 7 eleven and 5 mins walk to Den Den Town. Shame about internet it seem to work well for a little while then stop for the day. I don’t know how that works! Anyway,We are not fuss about the internet. But overall is an excellent trip. We love the place!

Comfortable home near subway station, and convenience stores around. Bed not so comfy, air-con have some smell when just turned on, after running for a while it was okay. Overall very nice apartment, owner is very mindful to prepare a powerbank for us, will stay again.

괜찮았습니다.

친구 세명이서 오사카 놀기위해 갔습니다. 난바와 도톤보리 걸어서 15분 정도 걸리구요 에비스쵸역 바로 앞이라 교통은 굉장히 편합니다. 수건을 많이 안챙겨줘서 조금 그랬구요. 집먼지 진드기 알러지가 있는데 담요를 덮으면 다음날 알러지가 올라오드라구요. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

너무 더러웠어요 청소 제대로 안되어있고 쓰던이불 그대로에다가 쓰레기통 하나도 안비워져있고 하수구냄새 엄청 올라오고 머리카락 돌아다니고 컴플레인 문자 보내니 직원이 실수로 청소 안했다고 말하고 치워주긴했는데 그것때문에 힘들어죽겠는데 1시간동안 나가서 하릴없이 돌아다니다 들어가서 쉬었네요. It was absolutely dirty. Not clean everything like bed cover, rubbish bin and toilet .disgusting smell as well. When i complained on What's app, they said that employer's mistake. And then they cleand my room. It was awful. Never recommend here.

처음 예약을 할때 숙박할수 있다해서 예약을 하였고 그에맞는 비용을 지불 했음에도 사용자에게 그보다 못한 집으로 계약자와 상의도없이 변경을 하여 수신메일 에 연락도없고 다른메일로 주소도없이 연락을주어 밤새도록 숙소를 찾아다니고 야간이라 호스트와 연락이안되 길거리에서 헤매고 다음날 9시에 통화되어 숙소 주소를 받아 겨우 짐을풀고 밤에 잠을 못자서 자고나니 저녁 저녁먹고 다음날 2시간구경후 돌아옴

Good value for money in Osaka, traveling with two kids. Spacious and very practical. A bit noisy (thin windows and walls, one heard traffic) but host was very responsive and area very central. I'd come back and recommend it.

오사카 숙소 무조건 추천.

바로 옆에 지하철 역이 있고 1층에 편의점도 있어서 정말 편리했습니다. 카펫이랑 침구류 위생이 살짝 아쉬웠지만 저렴한 가격에 가성비가 정말 좋았습니다. 외관도 괜찮고 특히 1층 입구가 멋있었습니다.

역에서 가까운 숙소였습니다.

그치만 처음 위치찾기가 힘들고 난방은 되나 바닥 난방은 전혀안되어서 혹시라도 사용방법이라도 자세하게 알려주셨으면 어땟을까라는 생각이듭니다. 그거 말고는 정말 가족단위여서 괜찮았습니다.

아파트같은 형태인곳인데 여러명이서 3방으로 나눠서 잘수 있어서 좋았어요 그래서 가격도 저렴한 편이고요. 대신 화장실 시설이 오래되고 하수구에서도 좀 냄새가 올라와서 그건좀 불편했네요
