This is good place for couple or family. More clean and clear. Have one set toilet. however it is missing one TV. It is very quiet.

ห้องพักสะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เช่น ไดร์ฟเป่าผม เตาไมโครเวฟ ตู้เย็น กระติกน้ำร้อน ที่ทำครัว มีเตา กะทะ มีด เขียง ถ้วย จาน ชาม ช้อน ตะเกียบ คือมีครบทุกสิ่งอะค่ะในการทำครัว และห้องน้ำสะอาดมาก กระดาษทิชชูมีให้ใช้เยอะมากค่ะ ผู้คนก็น่ารัก ให้ความช่วยเหลือ และแนะนำสิ่งที่เราอยากรู้ สรุปว่าดีมากๆๆ ค่ะ ประทับใจ เล่าให้เพื่อนๆ ฟัง จนทุกคนอยากให้พาไปด้วยในคราวหน้าค่ะ

療養院的生活環境

其實房間裡面整潔、舒適，但幢大廈本身像療養院，出出入入見到的都是長期病患長者、殘疾人士，而本身新今宮都是貧窮的地區，對面就已經是流浪者聚集及夜宿的地方。我和丈夫去其實還可以，但確實不會推介給朋友。唯一附近有一家天龍拉麵真的超好吃，大阪著名。

住宿是自助式的。附近街道會有些露宿者，不過街道有設置閉路監視器和不時有警察巡邏的。地下是個老人院，早一點的時間會見到有些老人家坐著。住宿接近新今宮站很方便。是個寧靜的地方，亦有個露台。而房間裝修設計很舒服和潔淨，廁所與洗澡間是分開的，對於家庭式使用很方便。

surprisingly good. Better than I expected.

After having made the booking I thought I had made a terrible mistake and tried to cancel it. I could not, but..... This is a great place to stay. We arrived into Japan at about 4:00 pm. Caught the train from the airport and it stopped maybe 5 minutes walk from the room. The instructions to the building and getting in were good. Very helpful,and useful. Just had to follow them step by step. The room was a bit stuffy, needed some open windows or door, but was very clean. Small maybe by western standards, but had everything we needed. The ONLY complaint I had was the pocket WiFi would not charge. It was already a bit charged and that was very helpful. We wandered out for diner (with the WiFi and a tablet), and there was this "laneway", maybe 1km long and covered with heaps of small bars selling food. We had a very good meal. Our "bar" was standard size, and had room for about 8 people. Cozy and friendly. Could have stayed all night. We slept well, although the train noise was initially interfering - bu not a problem. The accommodation was good, and we hope to stay there again the night before we fly out. Clean, convenient, cheap, comfortable.

지하철 역에서 가까워 편리함

일반 호텔로 생각하고 가면 안됩니다. 우리나라의 7평 아파트 정도. 내부는 괜찮은데 엘리베이터, 복도등의 청결은 별로입니다.

가성비가 좋은 숙소

처음에 갔을때 온수가 제대로 안나왔지만 직원 분들도 해결하지 못하는 어쩔수 없는 상황에서도 많은 피드백을 주시고 해결방안을 최대한 찾아주셨습니다. 오사카 여행을한다면 지하철역이 가까워서 위치도 괜찮은곳이라고 생각합니다.

お湯が出ない

3日間宿泊しましたがお風呂のお湯が出ませんでした。 部屋に電話がありましたが管理者が民泊のため違うとのことでその場では対応をしてもらえませんでした。 紹介サイトの連絡先へ」伝をしましたが確認して連絡しますとのことで待っていましたが電話での連絡はありませんでした。部屋を出発する前にメールを確認していたら故障しており使えないとのこと、また年末年始で業者の修理もできないとのことでした。宿泊料金は半額返却してもらえましたが、こちらから電話しているのだから電話での連絡をしていただきたかったです。電話を待っている間の不快感が残りました。

部屋のお風呂のお湯が出なくて最初の日は他の部屋を使えて良かったけど、 二日目にお風呂の部屋の鍵と私の洗面セットが取られていて、フロントに聞いても分からないから電話をしてと言われて、何回も電話をかけたけど、出ませんでした。 そのおかげで二日目はお風呂に入れなくて歯もみがけなくて最悪でした。 部屋になんのために入ってきたんですか？ タオルも交換してないし、掃除もされてないし ただ鍵と洗面セットを盗みにきただけですか？ 最悪です。

不會再考慮這間飯店!

非常不適合當作住宿的地方,不應該稱作飯店,應該叫公寓,只有幾間是給旅客住的,其他房間好像都是老人療養院,住了3晚,從沒人來打掃過房間, 連check-in&out都是自助式的,沒有櫃台,若發生緊急狀況非常麻煩非常不方便, 如果是帶家人一起,建議還是住正統有櫃檯的飯店,整體來說價錢算有點高 雖然離地鐵站很近,但離市區還是有一小段距離,有更好的選擇,所以不會再來這間飯店!

室内はとても綺麗で、トイレとお風呂は別でしたし、冷蔵庫もドライヤーもあり、２日とも快適に過ごせました。

房屋設備不錯 地點不方便 地理環境

房屋設備不錯 有雪櫃、水煲、電爐、冷氣（可轉暖氣）、微波爐及餐具等等，但係冇拖鞋 地點方面 如果用周遊卷 係唔方面 ，因為最個站（動物園前站）都要行1約0-15分鐘。 如果塔JR （新今宮站）會近行約3-5分鐘就到酒店 地理環境比較靜，男士或有男士同行會比較合適，女士要多於2-3以上同行就會好點 ，一人行 就唔好 購物 激安店 好近 係 新今宮站果邊 約10-15分鐘左右就到酒店

別館に泊まりましたが最悪でした。 新しいはずのバスタオルに髪の毛がついていたりバスタブの水栓に髪の毛びっしりでお湯が流れなかったりテレビがついてないなんて夢にも思いませんでした。 本館と別館の所在地が違いすぎる。

サイトに記載された住所に行くといきなり違う建物に移動を支持されました。施設の説明にはフロントデスクが存在しパスポートチェックなど確認とありますがなんだったんだ？ ただのアパート民泊でした。移動を命じられたエリアは西成釜ヶ崎のすぐそばで治安セキュリティレベルは通常ホテルとは思はない方がいい。部屋は写真のようにシングルベッド2台と思ってたのに実際は写真のようにダブル1台。入った瞬間の下水？のような臭いと住民の騒音等も気になります。チェックインの行程はair b&b などに慣れてる人は大丈夫でしょう。電話対応も日本人が早めに対応してもらいたかったです。

ちょっと(￣ー￣)

なんと、 お風呂に入ってたらお湯が出なくなり 水‼ フロントがないので どうもできず また治安的にもちょっとどうかなという立地条件で 女性は気を付けた方がいいかもです。 何故かお風呂には 髪の毛もありました。
