Great comfortable facilities. Really easy to get around and quite near popular areas. Neighbourhood has some old school coffee shops run by elderly couples, but they don't open till later in the morning.

Great place to stay in Osaka

The hotel was in a great location, clean and of a good size for three people, having a separate room as well for the parents was great. The staff were very helpful and being able to leave luggage when we arrived early and had a late flight at the end of our holiday was so good.

Great location

Great location to Metro station (Ebisu-cho) and Shin-imamia station (Nankai express from Kansai airport). Close to Dotonbori and nice view to tsutengaku tower.

Back at the Montana!

Another great three nights in the heart of Osaka. Easy walk to Tsutenkaku Tower n Shinsekai Market along with access to three train stations within ten minutes. Balcony has a great view of the tower!

Great location with many things in walking distance. Room was a little small with only places to really sit were outside or on the beds. Loved the balcony view but highlight was the washing machine and drying room, was fantastic to be able to wash clothes in room with clothes drying overnight with the handy room settings. Staff were really friendly, we were able to leave our bags with them and when we came back to check in the bags were waiting in our room

Budget-friendly option in Osaka

A budget-friendly option converted from an old apartment building. The two bedroom apartment was extremely compact, but includes everything we needed - a small kitchen with basic cookware and microwave, and a washer machine. Location wise, it does put you within a 5–10 minute walk of the subway. However, the neighborhood areas felt neither very clean nor especially safe.

The staff was kind and helpful. They placed our luggage delivered by Yamato Transport in our room. They also provided Yamato Transport Services for our luggage to be delivered. This apartment is good for 2 - 3 people in 1 room. The washing machine and the laundry detergent provided was great.

Love this flat. It's more like an airbnb type which is good since it has a full kitchen. The flat is really clean. The elevator is a little small but can pretty much fit 3 people with 3 large luggages. The location is great! Just across is the shinsekai which gives you a lot of option for food! 5 minutes walk away from Don quijote and Metro Stations. There's also a nice coin laudry 2 minutes away!

The property is clean and decent, the location is great, most things are self-serve and efficient. The only thing is that the space in the flat is a bit small, but I guess that's teh case for most properties in Japan.
