They don’t have very cleanly to show customers how to check in and when we check out,the lady told us and leave 10:30am with no charge,but when i leave send the message to tell them we checked out 10:30am. They want me to pay the late check out charge. They’re conversation is not good.

Where do I even begin. This “Hotel” has no front desk staff, so having our bags sent ahead was a total nightmare since they where undeliverable. Check-in is performed on a tablet that will likely not even be on the correct screen, so navigating it in a foreign language was a total joy. When we tried to address our baggage issue with the staff member via the tablet, we where essentially told we where SOL. There is only one small elevator serving the entire 10 floors, so hopefully you won’t be in a hurry. Getting up to the room and getting the key from the lock box was simple enough. The front door was clear glass, but only our suite was on the top floor. Getting inside, everything seemed ok until you start looking closely. Nothing over 6ft gets cleaned. I am an HVAC technician by trade and was absolutely disgusted with the state of any device that moved air. Every filter in the A/C units were completely clogged with a thick layer of dust, hair and every other nasty thing that floats in the air. I personally had to clean two of the units so that we could try and cool down our suite. The unit in the bathroom was likewise completely clogged up and initially struggled to do its job until I cleaned it as well. The washing machine looks clean until you open the fabric softener tray or go to clean the lint trap bag and everyone’s clothes smelt worse after washing. The walls where dirty. The linens where stained and blankets had hair and debris all over them. The view was nice.

Different way of registering but very convenient
At first it was a bit hard to register as it’s all digital and contactless but once you do, you have a apartment for yourself with all the commodities and a nice view.

Being able to rent an entire apartment was a life saver for traveling with a family. The rooms were spacious (especially for Japan.) I liked the area it was in and it was nearby to trains to get to Universal.

We had two rooms at the Minn. The 10th floor was great. The 2nd Floor studio was fine. A huge bed takes up the bulk of it. It does have a kitchen and bath. Good curtains. It was quiet, comfortable and secure. About 7 minute walk to Osaka Station. AC worked great. Check in was hard for us, and learning how to operate things, as we don't speak Japanese.

Good apartment
In a great location. Less than 10 minutes walk to JR Osaka and Hankyu Umeda line. There is a nice cafe below the property and a 7-11 convenience store across the road. There are many restaurants around the area especially Ramen and Yakiniku. The apartment is not really big but this is normal in Japan. Has a laundry and you can dry the clothes in the bathroom.

Warning!! Biogas from sewage .
I have no idea no one mention about the biogas from sewage. I cannot recommend this place to anyone as they have very strong biogas in the unit. They even have a sign beside the washing machine that said there will be biogas. Will come and go. I had this place for 8 days and suffered head ache and hardly got any sleep for 4 days. When the sun comes up , myself and my son just have to get out at night. And will suffer the whole night . It does comes and go , but if it does come , it is unbearable. Just imagine you are down at the sewage line . Now I think about it , I should have moved out and switch to another hotel ( unfortunately I am on a budget , so I cannot afford to do that ) . I felt like my family’s health has been permanently affected by breathing this biogas . They have to fix this issue or they should not list this place out at all . Is a health concern .

The location is quite far away from Umeda station. Super inconvenience. The setting of our room is such an ridiculous idea. They put two beds together in the middle of the room and leave a only 12-inches wide passage to the bathroom and the table. Meanwhile a tv with iron made stand was put in the middle of the passage. You have to step on it to pass through but it make noise. The tv cable is just laying in front of the bathroom door. The closest cannot be fully opened because the beds block it. The electronic door lock was malfunction when I returned at night. After I went into the room the alarm was on and non stop beeping. I went down to the entrance and tried to get help through Skype with the tablet but found that Skype was gone. It is not a nice experience to stay here.
