チェックインがわかりにくい。ビデオ通話の質が悪く言葉が聞き取れず戸惑いました。もう少しハッキリ聞こえるようにしてもらえるとありがたい。ハード面は100点です、部屋も設備も申し分なし。洗濯機が部屋にあったのが高得点。セキュリティもしっかりしてると思います。

It took 10~15 minutes to figure out to get into the building at check in. It almost freaked me out, but was able to get in. Osaka station is within walking distance.

The property is a short walk from the train station. The lack of a front desk was a little weird and new for us but the check in through ipad was easy and clear. We had left some important items in the hotel room after check out and the 24 hour service center at our next Minn hotel was able to contact the right people to arrange pick up of these items. They were so helpful and kind. Just amazing.

Leider keine Möglichkeit der Gepäckaufbewahrung wenn man vor Check in wie wir angekommen sind. Bei unserer Rundreise durch Japan bei allen Hotels gar kein Problem gewesen. Kommunikation nur durch IPad Videokamera und Wartezeit verbunden. Fazit: Bei früher Ankunft Gepäck am Bahnhof hinterlegen und die geplante Ziele besuchen
