I booked my stay a few hours beforehand but the staff was ready to greet me with kindness and a clean, peaceful room. There was a free morning shuttle to take me to the KIX airport, which was very helpful. It's easy and convenient to reach this hotel from the airport. Great value for the price!

The hotel had excellent service. I had a 6:50am flight from Kansai and they scheduled a bus ride for me that got me there well ahead of time. The experience was convenient and pleasing.

Just fine
Typical Japanese business hotel with no frills. Room smelled vaguely smoky. Convenient location - about a 5 min walk to Izumisano and a 10 minute train to the airport.

the hotel is old and not well-maintained. Smelled of smoke everywhere on the floor of my room. Also fan on the ceiling of the corridor on my floor was making big noise when I checked in. Fortunately the manager was able to stop by noise by turning off the fan. However, the location is very convenient to get the airport and the hotel's free shuttle to the airport was wonderful!

This hotel was not as close to Kansai Airport as I had hoped. We arrived late at night, so there is no shuttle to the hotel. The taxi fare was 4200 yen. However, when we left in the morning, we were able to catch the hotel's free shuttle.

The hotel did not have shuttle service in the afternoon. Only in the morning as long as you make an arrangement. Called the hotel from the airport to get picked-up and they say "no English", but they can communicate during the check-in process.

Great for airport access
We stayed at this hotel for one night prior to an early morning flight. The location is very convenient as it is within walking distance to the subway station and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle. The rooms are small but clean, minimal amenities. The location surrounding the hotel is safe but without a lot of things to do - perfectly fine for an airport stay.

Again Expedia booked me into a smoking room, I'm a non smoker and never smoked, so it was pretty disgusting. Hotel staff refused to change room, I'm not expecting Expedia to do anything, as I made a compliant 1 1/2 ago re: Budapest trip and it was and has been ignored

Close to train stop, nice neighborhood,friendly, English speaking staff. Skip the expensive breakfast and eat at a nearby restaurant. Rooms are quite nice, big by zjapanese standards.

I stayed here with a group of school children before we flew home the following day. The kids were in the new rooms, which were comfortable and clean, and really nice. I was in a single room in the older part of the hotel and the room had no air conditioning, which meant that I spent the night covering myself in wet towels to keep myself cool enough to sleep. Not too relaxing or comfortable. If you can, ask for a room in the newly renovated part of the building.

Didn't sleep very well because the bed was too small and the smell of smoke was strong. The location was great, close to the train station, shops and cafe. The price was not too expensive but should be cheaper.

Take less than 10 mins to Kansai airport by train, it's hot and the temperature is controlled by hotel. The room window can be opened completed and must be careful.

Great value. Recommended for short stay or a transit place to Kansai Airport. New and clean bathroom with bathtub in mint condition. Comfortable bed. Got everything I need: wifi-internet, kettle, bathrobe, amenities.
