The property is located 10-15 mins away from the train station which was really nice for us as it was nice and quiet. The property itself is very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Although there is no staff working on the property, we had no issues with communicating with the staffs via email as they were super responsive and helpful.

Fantastic location, about 10 mins walk to Namba station which is a hub to transfer to any of Osaka's main subway lines including the Nankai that goes directly to and from Kansai Airport. Staff is very responsive and helpful! Also, be sure to take advantage of their freeluggage storage (9am-5pm) at their main Sakimoto building right across Namba station. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel room size is perfect. Nice spacious room. The bathroom was really nice. The neighborhood is really quiet but it is still close enough to stuff to do. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to most train stations. Check in and check out was super smooth.

The staffs were polite, responded and worked very quickly. Free breakfast at the pre opening cafe was great. Everything was fine. One suggestion after my 14 nights stay is to install rubber furniture feet on all chairs. Highly recommended.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were great. This particular hotel doesn't have staff at the front, but it was easy enough to communicate with staff at the Central location (I made the mistake of trying to check in twice and they called me in the lobby). We also sent our bags ahead (to the Central location) and they delivered our bags to our room before our arrival. It's easy enough to walk to Namba, Dotonbori or Shin Sekai.

Generally very good but with some short comings.

The accommodation was generally very good. For a couple the room was unexpectedly large. Beds were comfortable and heater was easy to control. The internet however was very flakey, dropping constantly. Also while there was a stove top and microwave, there wasn't any microwavable crockery, and while there was a cutting board, no knives were provided.

Roomy and within walking distance of Nankai Namba

Everything about the accommodation was great except for unmanned desk. However, staff were very responsive by intercom and email. We had a 4 person room for 2 people so very roomy by Japanese standards. Staff, though we never saw them, were quick to respond to any issues. You need to be able to do self check-in and out by scanning QR code etc. Within walking distance of many local attractions, minimarts etc and laundromat on the corner. Sef-contained having small fridge, microwave, hotplate etc so you don't have to eat out all the time. Could do with updating supply of dishes and cutlery as not enough for 4 people even though it's a 4 person room. Separate bathroom to toilet is good too. Highly recommend.

Sehr großzügig geschnittene Unterkunft. Das 2 Personen Zimmer war mit zwei Doppelbetten und reichlich Platz für Gepäck fast schon zu groß. Es gibt eine Küche mit Kühlschrank. Die umliegenden Metro Stationen sind innerhalb von 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Es war etwas weiter zu Fuß nach Namba.

這次只住一個晚上…一開始選擇是因為上面寫到黑門市場還有心齋橋步行只要在10分鐘內…，但是實際走了之後到心齋橋要20分鐘，住宿附近又沒有公車或者是捷運可搭…在交通方面會比較不便！除此之外，屋主很貼心的在入住的每一間都有附上毛巾與浴袍，但是3樓那一間放毛巾的平台有諸多落塵，沒有很乾淨…所以後來是又去1樓的公共區取用新的毛巾😂 不過自助check in很方便！ check out後又可以寄放行李，而且寄放的位置就在難波車站5號出口處附近，這點很不錯👍
