Great place to stay in Osaka, clean, comfortable room, big enough for 9 people to fit comfortably. Close walk to several 7/11s and train stations for easy transport around. There was also a tennis court nearby which we used several times for tennis which was super fun!! Great stay!

Clean and spacious, easily fit our family if 10! Kitchen was well equipped. Quiet street with Attractions nearby, Namba and Dotombori shopping district within approximately 15 min uber/taxi drive…universal studios also about 20 min uber/taxi ride. Good WiFi. The main suggestion is to improve the mattress (needs thicker padding) and improve bedding (full duvet to cover older comforter and provide extra pillows). For a comfortable and affordable nice short stay - for a large (close) group, I Would definitely recommend :)

We stayed here for 4 days and it was perfect for a family of 8. The pizza downstairs is AMAZING. The people running the rental are very friendly and professional. The only downside was the train station is a tad far, but overall the location and close proximity to many stores makes this place a 10/10.

家族４人１部屋でとても快適な滞在でした。

今回、子供2人を含めた家族４人で利用しました。大変快適に過ごすことができて良かったです。事前の手続きはスムーズでした。場所も、中央線の駅と駅の間で立地的に駅がとても近いわけではないですが、十分徒歩圏内です。 大阪梅田も難波も夢洲も電車で１本です。すばらしい立地でした。徒歩３分程度のところにセブンイレブンもあり便利でした。 ほかの口コミのとおり、シャワーの水圧は弱いですが、身体を洗うには十分でした。 最低限のアメニティ・タオルがあるのは、本当に助かりました。 妻が洗濯機と物干し竿があることもよかったと言ってました。もっていく服の量が減らせます。

お風呂が汚い。 お湯の使い過ぎを防ぐために湯量を絞っているため、シャワーがチョロチョロとしか出ない。 謎の虫が入り口に。 刺されて病院に行きました。 安くて、交通の便がよく、設備も揃っていますが、掃除がされていないと、不潔で不快です。 外国人の方は気にならないのかもしれません。 室内のニオイを判らなくするためか、外国風の香水の匂いも気になりました。

ロケーションは便利な上に静か。コインパーキングやコンビニ、テイクアウトできる飲食店等々、すぐそばにあります。車の騒音等、気にならない程静かです。室内は明るくて、とても広々してます。洗濯もしっかりでき、キッチンも充実してるので、しばらく滞在しても良かったかなと思いました。

아와자역에서도 가깝고 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 청결합니다 침대가 6개가 있으면서 좁지 않고 넓게 사용이 가능했습니다. 가족단위로 숙박하기 좋습니다. 난바에서도 환승없이 이동이 가능하고 유니버셜 스튜디오 JR선으로 환승 가능한 전철도 2정거장입니다. 단 리셥션이 별도로 있지 않아 키 전달이 좀 원활하지 않았는지만 바로 해결은 되었습니다 모기가 있어서 모기 퇴치 용품을 준비해서 숙박하는게 좋겠습니딘

편안히 잘 쉬었습니다.

오피스를 개조한 듯 합니다. 하지만 싱글침대가 6개 구비되어 있기에 6명까지는 편하게 지낼 수 있습니다. 주변이 대부분 회사 건물들이라 밤에는 조용한 편입니다. 상당히 청결하고 시설이 잘되어 있습니다. 다만 TV가 고장인지 문제가 있습니다. 8층과 6층만 객실로 사용하는 듯 한데 저는 8층에 묵었는데 편하게 잘 지냈습니다. 조리도구도 모두 준비되어 있어 간단한 요리도 해 먹을 수 있습니다. 다음에 오사카에 여행을 간다면 다시 묵고 싶은 곳 입니다. 지하철도 근거리에 있고 난바나 도톤보리도 가까워 여행이 곧 구경이니 슬슬 걸어 다니시면 30분거리에 모두 있습니다.
