A bit far from the closest subway/ train station. Convenience spot for food. Flexible with booking, pre-book with breakfast but since we had to leave early and hotel happy to change it to another day.

Staff who welcome you with 110%! Good location too
Very very welcoming staff! Clean and comfortable with a nice bathtub and private bathroom. Good location, super close to train station but not so close to dontonbori.

It was hidden spot. I could get the four star hotel service and bed with 1/3 price. There are laundry machines and the fast wifi connection. If room is ready you may check in earlier 1000yen/hour.

Convenient location, very polite staff
We stayed 9 nights there. Very convenient location. Have department store and 2 supetmarkets nearby. Donki shop also a few minutes walk. Hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. Overall, very good experience and will stay again in future.

The staff speaks English and is very polite. Rooms are small, but cozy. All the amenities are there. If you don't want your room cleaned, there's a button by the door that lights up outside to notify the staff. Very convenient!

Enjoyable Experience
Great service and a beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely helpful when we needed to make a dinner reservation at one of their recommended restaurants in the area. The room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed trying all the options. The only downside was that the bed and massage chair were both very firm and not comfortable.

Have been at this hotel 2 previous times and the stays have been in generally quite pleasing. This time around, there were some issues as it seems that the hotel may have lowered the quality of some of the amenities, in which I felt could be improved. e.g. quality of toilet amenities, no complementary drinking water, and disposable indoor shoes There might be some issues with other vacationers as it seems to be quite popular with foreign tourists, who may be a little rowdy. This time we were in the same floor with an Indian school trip school trip, and many of the kids were quite rowdy, loud, and knocking on doors quite throughout the night, which was annoying. This is not the fault of the hotel, but just an issue we have faced the last time around.

The front reception was very welcoming. This is already the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel and would certainly do so when I visit Osaka again. Got a nice room with a foot massage machine..

I wrote to your customer service to ask for direction to your hotel before I went to Osaka. They gave me the wrong direction and caused me walked n took train for another one hour in the cold weather. Such an incompetent customer service you have.

Therefore,it seems that they were doing directions to "KITAHAMA". I think you were very uneasy feeling at your destination. I understand how you are feeling. Staff were great and the rooms were normal-sized (Japan-wise). There's free drip coffee sachets at the lobby that you are free to hoard if you want. It was walking distance to a train station. There's a Yoshinoya and several supermarkets across the hotel. Lobby is at the 2nd floor too if you're staying here. I got lost for a bit coz I can't seem to find the lobby, it was just an elevator. Rated it as 4 because there were dust accumulating at the ceiling on top of the TV but they didn't seem to clean as thoroughly as other hotels. Stayed here for 6 days and the dust was not cleaned. Also the bed was a bit uncomfortable as it was on the hard side.

Well located hotel - very near Uehonmachi station
Easy to find Hotel - just cross the road from the station and walk about 50m. Hotel entrance is on 2n floor. Rooms and fittings a bit dated but all clean - would have preferred wooden floor in room to carpet though. Breakfast was a choice from 3 different options - not buffet - however what was supplied was quite adequate. Location near station, airport bus and reasonable shopping centre was a bonus

Well located close to subways, airport express limo bus, restaurants and shops. Compact room very clean and well equipped. Coin laundry in the hotel very convenient. Have stayed here a number of times and hotel is consistently good.

Good Location but weak Wifi
Love the location of this hotel. Easy access from Kansai international airport and Osaka international airport by limousine bus. It is also very near to Kintetsu Osaka Uehonmachi station. Choice for breakfast is very limited but good quality. Only complain is the Wifi is too weak.

Convenient hotel
The hotel staff is very nice and so helpful. The hotel is conveniently located a couple of minutes away from the subway station and the airport limousine stop. Also there is a good choice of restaurants and stores all around. The room is clean and the furniture is efficient (note that we had a small fridge in it). The main drawback of the hotel is the slowness of the elevators.

Close enough to namba and nipponbashi (1-2 stops) via Kintetsu subway lines. Costs more to go elsewhere cuz you have to use multiple train companies. Had room with massage chair but it only does upper body. Does not have foot massager because that only comes in “ladies” room. Default breakfast with room worth 500 yen is ok but I’d recommend upgrade to 800 yen meal that is more Japanese keiseki style.

We enjoyed the location: easy access to train and airport bus. Lots of restaurants around with many choices. Room rates are very good with good size bathroom. Room itself is small but not not bad by Japanese standard. Breakfast is good.

Convenient location with everything close by.
The hotel was closer than imagined from the airport shuttle stop. Everything needed was near by, supermarkets, evening snacks and metro lines. It is a biz hotel for the near by area but very comfortable. Highlight was breakfast every morning, it was worth paying a little more for it. Food and coffee were great and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would come back.

Nice hotel far from noise but still convenient
The hotel is two stations or 10 min from Namba, the downtown area. There are a few restaurants and diners near the hotel. Also, there is a Lawson (Japanese convenience store) and Aeon (Japanese supermarket), both open 24/7, within 2 min walk, which makes getting late night snack very convenient. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, speak fluent English too! The room is not too spacious but Japan has too much to offer, I cared was a comfy bed to rest for the night, and this hotel provides just what I need. Room amenities are what you would expect from any other hotels in Japan of the same star-rate: iron board, fabric freshener, full set of toiletries you name it. I enjoy the long table and the little sofa in this room in particular because what you want at the end of the day is a place to pile up your haul and dirty laundry. All in all, if you don't mind the two-station distance, this hotel is amazing for its price.

Convenient Businessman Hotel
Very convenient less than 1 block away from Kintetsu line Uehommachi Station. Very clean and modern for a business style hotel. Japanese breakfast was very good.

NICE AND COMFORTABLE HOTEL EXCEPT WHEN WE FIRST CHECK IN ON PART ONE OF OUR STAY, THE TOILET WAS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED AND THERE'S A BAD SMELL. SUBSEQUENT PART 2 STAY AFTER WE GOT BACK FROM KYOTO WAS GREAT AS WE WERE GIVEN ROOMS OF OUR CHOICE.

I'm travelling alone and stay at this hotel for 4 nights. Room very clean with complete amenities + free Wi-Fi. security system is also good as you will need a key card to go up to your guest room floors. great location with subway, department stores, convenience store & restaurant nearby. Close to Kansai Airport Limousine bus stop which is very easy to travelling to & from Kansai Airport. I would recommend and will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip to Osaka.
