"Helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out process, clean, great location right next to train station, loved the free coffee each morning. Will definitely stay here again."

"Hotel is brand new and very conveniently located near Osaka Umeda station. While the room is typical Japanese business hotel, it had everything needed. The best part was the great communal bath on the 4th floor and the breakfast on the top floor. View was nice and even has a swimming pool, unfortunately too cold in November for a dip."
