"Room was ok, except leaking faucet on the sink. Indoor pool was very cold, hot tub was not working."

"The room was far from clean. We completely understand that rooms will never be perfect, but what appeared to be dried blood on the wall corner, something that was flung on the ceiling, boogers in the shower and on the shower curtain crumbs and soda can rings left on the night stand and tv stand..pretty sure bed sheets were not cleaned. We actually went to walmart to buy cleaning supplies. The pool heater was broke and the pool cleanliness was not the best. Highly upset but could not afford to go somewhere else. "

"The room was clean & our bed was comfortable. But It needs some white paint on the front doors, we had a broken piece of tile on our floor & our sink was clogged, drained very slowly. "

"False advertisement not only is outdoor pool not available (winter) but apparently so is indoor pool and hot tub not available (seasonal). Umm please I expect that from outdoor pool but who closes indoor pool and hot tub in the winter! I was so mad I didn’t even stay and lost 77 bucks! "
