Super sweet Italian family with a warm welcome. Very clean room. Great spread for breakfast included with an amazing Cappuccino served. About a 5 minute drive to the main parking lot for old town Orvieto. We had a great stay!

It is in a beautiful setting and very relaxing. Francesca, her father and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Nice and fresh breakfast. Easy to park if you have a car. It is a bit of a hike if you want to walk to Orvieto center- and I personally didn’t mind but you can take a taxi if too much. We went to the restaurant across the street one night which was very good, as an option close by. I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy having a nice outdoor space.

A terrific family run hotel, right under the historic town of Orvieto. The property has an extensive farm, and the owner took us for a tour complete with samples of blackberries and cherries. One of the originals roads that lead to the city runs right in back of the property that with a 20-minute vigorous leads you right to the Fortezza Albornoz.

Quiet and so beautiful!
It was amazing! One of my favorite places we stayed in our week long trip. Comfy beds, kind owners, delicious breakfast, cute dogs, and all on a gorgeous property with gardens everywhere. Will stay here again!

While this property is not in the walled part of Orvieto, there is a path up the hill to the city gates. Wonderful way to start and end our day of sightseeing! The staff was so welcoming, from breakfast time to arranging our winery tour. The farm grounds and pool area were just gorgeous.

The property was an orchard, and was just outside the town, but was very quiet. We enjoyed the friendly proprietor and his wife. The rooms were comfy and clean.

Loved the room and private bath. Breakfast was plentiful and amazing under the grapevines. It seemed to be a small window of time though which wasn’t clear. Beautiful property and convenient to walking up to Orvieto. We would stay again for sure.

Lovely old house and gardens set in a quiet location. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Easy walking distance to old town (up a steep hill) and also to new town and funicular. Hosts provide a shuttle service from/to railway station. Thank you for your hospitality! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Lovely farmhouse surrounded by vineyards olive groves high in the hills of Orvieto. Hostess was kind to pick us up on several occasions from and to the teain station for day trips. A sweeping view of the farms below. We were fed a breakfast each morning in the charming bnb home. The family has sheep, chickens, and lots of beautiful acreage to explore. A short distance from old town with all the midieval buildings ,Duomo,and museums a 20 min walk up a steep hill from the property. Other ways to get to it are also posdible,by bus,taxi or lift. Beautiful city and great place to stay! We did have issues with wifi while we were there,but hostess tried to resolve several times. Just know it is a wonderful area and wifi is spotty here. Enjoyed our stay! The chalet was fun,up the drivewsy a but surtounded by nature. Enjoyed our kitchen,private bath and cozy room. Things were quiet and peaceful. We loved the property & hosts who were kind, patient and very welcoming! Our rooms were nice and very quiet. This is a wonderful inn for travelers with a car. We were traveling by train and the local taxi was unavailable. Our hosts kindly responded to our need for transportation from and then to the train station.

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast, few minutes by car from Orvieto, they also have a trail you can follow to get to Orvieto, very clean and cozy, friendly staff and scenery is amazing.

Orvieto home base
What a lovely place to stay in Orvieto! The room was charming and clean, the breakfast was wonderful! There is a walking path out of the inn right up to Orvieto old city. The pool was a lovely addition on warm afternoons. The owner was so helpful and accommodating. We had a great experience here.

We had our own private chalet. It was very quiet and romantic. Enjoyed the walk all the way up to the town of Orvieto from the hotel. Alberto, Francesca and the staff were very hospitable. I would recommend dinner here one night. We would like to return here another time!

A perfect holiday and restful stay
Our stay was restful and excellent. Parking is easy, room is spacious, clean and the view is spectacular. It's only a 5 minute drive to the Orvieto up on the hill. We were coming back from Florence to catch a plane home from Rome and make a stop here as we have a day to spare. It turned out to be the perfect decision as there were so much to see. 我们从佛罗伦斯经Orvieto （也叫天空之城）到罗马乘机回国。原本以为只是歇脚点，却是一个值得停留2天慢慢享受的景点。酒店在山脚下，自驾5分钟就能到古城。由于时间不够又下小雨，没试用山后的小路上古城。古城里限驾，车子可以停在景区大门步行參观。古城里13 世纪的房子还保存完好。古城大街有土产店非常精美， 餐厅也特多。回来点评酒店，客房宽敞，十分干净，窗外美如一幅画。wifi网速快，淋浴热水足，床又舒服，还提供免费早餐停车，别无所求了。好像住在自己的庄园里。夏天还开放泳池伴一山的果树，是人间仙境。下次会多停留几天也会再住这里。如果不是自驾，可以提前安排庄园到火车站接送。那里还能乘缆车上下山呢，收费1.3欧元一趟。We will return to stay more days with this hotel.

A country stay
Quaint and quiet inn. We stayed three nights, and really enjoyed it. If you are walking as we were, be prepared for an uphill climb along a busy road to get to the hotel and a further steep but more pleasant climb to the town of Orvieto if the shuttle is not available. In hindsight, we should have booked a room with a kitchen for evening meals. Otherwise everything was pretty perfect! The breakfast is great, and the staff are friendly.

Charming BnB on the road just beneath Orvieto’s old town. Beautiful pool and property. We had our own private guest house with a very comfortable bed, mini kitchen and a lot of space. Unfortunately we were only there one night and had an early departure for The airport so we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast that everyone raves about including fresh fruit from their orchards. Would have loved one more night

Unbeatable
The most incredible people there to visit with while you stay. Not to mention the most amazing staff who make you feel like you are at home. Beautiful piece of property that makes you feel truly relaxed. I would recommend this place to absolutely anybody. The pictures don't do it justice whatsoever. It is an incredible place!
