Ideally located between La Châtre and Éguzon, it offers a unique opportunity to explore the rolling landscapes of southern Berry. A few kilometers away, enjoy Éguzon Lake, one of the largest bodies of water in the Centre-Val de Loire region, for swimming, water sports, or strolls along the trails of the Crozant ruins.
Heritage enthusiasts can visit Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre, famous for the filming of Jacques Tati's film "Jour de fête," or stroll through the picturesque streets of La Châtre, the home of George Sand. Access to the gîte is from both sides of the house: from the street side, through the main entrance, or from the rear, from the private parking lot, with direct access to the terrace. This spacious and pleasant cottage is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue—perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Inside, the bright and comfortable living room is perfect for gathering around a delicious meal or relaxing. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to easily prepare meals during your stay. There are also two cozy bedrooms (open to the ceiling), each with a 140 x 190 cm bed.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
