"Such a beautiful location. It’s at the end of the street, up against the mountains. The fog coming off the mountains in the morning was beautiful. This is a large property with lots of other units but the space was private, parking was easy and lots of access to amenities. Loved our stay!"

"My daughter and I stayed for one night. This property was just what we needed for a quick trip to tour Chico State. Everything was easy, studio was pretty and clean, bed was comfy. Location was excellent for walking to campus and into town. Property owner was kind and helpful. If my daughter chooses Chico, my husband and I will definitely stay here when we visit our girl.
