L'appartamento era nuovo e completo di tutto.Meglio scegliere la soluzione con colazione a buffet in modo da avere le pulizie giornaliere incluse.Consigliato l'uso dell'auto per raggiungere le spiagge e la gita al golfo di Orosei in motonave da Marina di Orosei o ancora meglio in gommone da Cala Gonone.

Clean & comfortable

Nice hotel,staff pleasant however only a couple speak English.We were the only english people staying however we didn't mind this and it wasn't a problem.Rooms are nicely furnished and cleaned everyday,however we didn't have a minibar with free water as stated in description and also the T.V didn't seem to work but wasn't a problem for us.Lots of clean towels available and beds comfy.We were in the neighbouring room block away from the main hotel so had a walk to breakfast every morning but didn't worry us and i think it was quieter where we were.Breakfast was buffet style and was kept topped constantly however we were a bit bored of it by the end of our stay as it didn't vary at all and choice was a little limited.Didn't eat at the hotel in evenings so can't comment on food.Be warned there is no pool at this hotel,you can use one at a neighbouring hotel but it was a good 20 minute walk away(in scorching temperatures) and you have to pay to use it.That said was a nice pool with lots of sun beds and not very busy.The nearest beach is very nice however you really need a car to explore the area,there is not much to do within walking distance.We found lots of beautiful beaches up and down the coast and some nice towns( shops shut for most of the afternoon) but you have to be prepared to do a lot of driving down some very narrow roads and be warned the italians do not give way much!!

La verdad es que tuvimos un problema muy serio porque en el momento de realizar la reserva había una oferta de habitación triple para 2 personas con media pensión. Cuando llegamos al hotel en recepción nos dijeron que teníamos sólo derecho a la habitación y que si queríamos nos regalaban el desayuno. El caso es que en nuestra reserva aparecía bien claro que teníamos contartada estancia más media pensión para 2 personas. En recepción nos atendieron bastante mal, finalmente puedimos hablar con el director que al principio se mostró reacio a ayudarnos. Después de estar un buen rato discutiendo nos dijo que nos invitaba a la cena, aunque no es así, como ya dije en nuestra reserva aparecía bien claro que teníamos la estancia más la media pensión.

Hôtel accueillant et restauration délicieuse

Ma femme et moi avons passé un séjour magniifique de 7 nuits . Le personnel est très sympatique et très professionnel à la foix. La restauration est très goûteuse et abondante à souhait, nous avons eu du mal à nous freiner tellement la tentantation était grande.

Il residence ha confermato e superato le aspettative...Ci è stato assegnato un bilocale al al prezzo del monolocale prenotato, quindi molto grande e confortevole per due persone. L'appartamento era molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e balcone. Soggiorno molto gradevole...9 !!!

Ho riscontrato immediatamente già dal check-in un senso di ostilità, bassa professionalità del personale e riluttanza nel volerci ospitare alle condizioni pattuite. Infatti pare che l'albergo abbia avuto dei disappunti e/o incomprensioni con Expedia e che alcuni voucher, compreso il mio, fossero virtualmente sbagliati, ovvero il servizio della mezza pensione veniva offerto ad un prezzo che in realtà considerava solo il pernottamento, escludendo, udite udite la pulizia in camera e la prima colazione. Infatti quando chiesi dove fosse la sala per la prima colazione e la cena, mi veniva risposto che non ne avevo diritto e quindi quando invece io gli ho mostrato il mio voucher, dove veniva riportato "half Board", mi rispondevano, con sufficienza, che comunque il voucher era sbagliato e che quindi mi dovevo rivolgere a Expedia per la correzione. Si sono trovati molto spiazzati quando gli ho mostrato una comunicazione triangolare e-mail tra me che chiedevo conferma a Expedia dei prezzi, della prenotazione e dei servizi e l'albergo stesso che faceva notare l'errore e la risposta successiva di Expedia indirizzata a me e all'albergo in cui si diceva che tutti sovraprezzi sarebbero stati pagati da Expedia e che pertanto mi veniva ulteriormente confermato il mio voucher. A denti stretti hanno dovuto accordarmi tutto guardandomi in cagnesco. In ogni caso, la stanza è stata riassettata una sola volta in 7 giorni, il personale in sala era sgraziato e litigavano spesso tra di loro.

nice apartment

we had a really nice apartment with a semi-outdoor kitchen area which was interesting but good. hotel staff were very disorganised though, when we first went into the hotel to ask where residence il borgo was, they just pointed us down the street. when we got to il borgo, there was a poster on the door saying check in is at the hotel, so we had to go back to the hotel. seemed a bit ridiculous that the hotel staff didn't say, are you here to check in, when we were looking for directions, as we hadn't realised that il borgo was a part of the hotel. staff were also disorganised after check in, when they had given us the key and we were just leaving the car park, when they came running after us looking for the expedia voucher, which i hadn't printed. despite this, the 2 members of staff looking after us were quite nice, and there were no issues with checkout.

Hôtel super...proche de la plage...piscine magnifique. Nous avons passé 6 jours fantastiques dans cette sublime région. Arrivée un peu chaotique.. Quelques petits soucis dans la chambre mais l'équipe très sympathique et à l'écoute a tout de suite réagit. Hôtel un peu excentré je vous conseille la location de voiture qui vous permettra de visiter cette belle Sardaigne.

Vacanza da ricordare

Siamo amanti della Sardegna e ci mancava la zona del Golfo di Orosei; abbiamo deciso di alloggiare a Cala Liberotto presso l'omonimo residence. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla zona, qui abbiamo trovato delle calette tra le più belle in assoluto, senza parlare degli ottimi ristoranti!! Insomma, alla fine è stata una scelta indovinata.

Esperienza molto positiva. Avendo scelto il monolocale per 3 persone confermo che il locale cucina e' situato su una veranda esterna attrezzata e la cosa potrebbe rappresentare un problema nel caso di temperature non elevate. L'accoglienza e' stata squisita tenendo conto che siamo arrivati nel cuore della notte causa ritardi del volo .In camera ci aspettava che uno spuntino notturno molto gradito. La piscina, molto grande e poco affollata, e' situata presso un villaggio piu' vicino alla spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in c.a 8/10 minuti. Consigliato

come rovinare le vacanze

prenoto tramite expedia una settimana in sardegna. arrivato in hotel, il direttore mi dice che lui non può farmi cenare perchè quelli di expedia non gli hanno dato la comunicazione... morale della favola, dopo aver perso più di 3 ore cercando di avere spiegazioni da expedia, non ho potuto cenare,quindi ho dovuto pagare di tasca la cena della prima sera e le copiose chiamate che ho dovuto fare a expedia (non sono gratuite)

Enttäuschendes Hotel

Die Hotelbeschreibung stimmt leider nicht mit den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten überein. Unser Zimmer hatte entgegen der Beschreibung weder Balkon/Terrasse oder Patio. Wir konnten also abends nicht mal gemütlich raussitzen. Man musste sich immer drinnen aufhalten. Die Einrichtung der Küche fiel sehr spärlich aus (4 Löffel, 4 Gabeln,...). Die Pfanne musste erst geschrubbt werden. Die Dusche war nicht richtig regulierbar. Die Residence Il Borgo hat keine Rezeption. Diese befindet sich im Hotel Cala Liberotto (250 m entfernt). Hier werden auch die Mahlzeiten eingenommen. Wir haben nur Frühstück gebucht. Dieses war sehr einfach und recht eintönig (Nur 2 Sorten Wurst: Schinken/Salami, keine warme Speisen, wie z.B. Rührei, Omlett,...). Ein Pool, Tennisplatz oder ähnliches gibt es am Hotel selber nicht. In der Nähe gab es somit keine Möglichkeit für ein erfrischendes Bad. Die Club-Einrichtungen (Animation, Sportangebote,...) sind alle in einem weiteren Partner-Hotel "Le Palme", welches 2,5 km entfernt ist. Somit ist dieses fußläufig gar nicht erreichbar. Von näherer Umgebung kann hier also nicht die Rede sein. Strände gibt es verschiedene in der Umgebung. Der nächste ist etwa 1 km entfernt, jedoch nicht so schön. Etwas schönere Strände gibt es in ca. 2 -3 km Entfernung (z.B. Cala Ginepro). Hier ist das Wasser dafür glasklar und angenehm warm.
