"The king sized bed dipped in the middle and needed to be replaced."

"The property was fairly clean, and I appreciate the flooring not being carpet. However, both my husband and I had an issue with the bed. I woke up with pain in my ribs and hips due to the firmness of the bed, and my husband had an issue with his pillow. Since we were there to sleep, it would have been nice if we could have slept rather than tossed and turned all night."

"Clean room and comfortable bed. Lobby and check in area are also well lit, clean and inviting. Minor complaint for the room: the bathroom does not have counter space to hold a toiletries bag, and while there was space in the vanity drawer, the interior of the drawer was very grubby and had not been wiped down. The other surfaces and shower enclosure of the bathroom were freshly cleaned. We did let the front desk know upon check out. The property is split level, so be aware if you have accessibility needs. Our room was on the third floor and there are stairs to navigate (with your luggage) at the floor crossovers upon exiting the elevators. There is very limited parking on-site at the rear of the hotel. There is signage indicating the spots are reserved for hotel guests, but we did see vehicles parking at the same time we were entering the lot and the occupants did not enter the hotel, so the reserved spaces are not enforced. We had to use the overflow parking lot, which is two+ blocks away. An easy walk, but you need to be aware for dropping off your luggage, if you forget anything in your vehicle and be prepared in inclement weather, as was the case in our stay. Guest umbrellas at the hotel entrance would be really useful as we were drenched getting back from the overflow parking."

"Got to the resort and asked to be moved to be closer to our family but didn’t get out in the same block even though the room next to my sister was vacant. Room was clean, coffee sucked. Had microwave and toaster but no other things cooking with. No restraunts on site so had to go next door. Pool was clean but kiddie pool was closed. Over all stay was fine "

"Bed was very hard and springy. The AC/heating unit was obnoxiously loud and dirty, and was blowing black specs onto the bed. The bed sheets had stains and holes. The carpet had many holes and stains. "
