The place was nice. We had some issues but they mostly got sorted. Plenty in the apartment and lots of room. Location is close to the beach but have to drive to everything else as walking is not an option.Shower and bathroom are there, nothing special but did the job most of the time.Would be a good place to stay for a few nights, if your needing to be up that way.

A simple, clean condo within walking distance to the beautiful beach. Relatively quiet and comfortable property with the slight quirk of feeling more like staying at someone else’s vacation home rather than a vacant guest property (lots of toiletries etc). Basic provisions were provided as we are used to with most VRBO properties plus helpful beach extras. Very responsive kind host! Beautiful beach.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect being close to so many areas to explore. We loved the short distance to the beach and that we could just head out for fishing anytime. Comfortable space in the condo. Would rent again!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and we loved having a second bedroom for our kids to sleep in. The condo is a quick 5 minute walk to a beautiful private beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Fully stocked condo, in safe & quiet neighborhood! Kathy was extremely accommodating, the beds were comfy, and we would definitely stay here again. The kitchen has everything you could need, and we were thankful for the extra beach amenities as well!

My son, grandson, and myself came down to visit our family. Had a great time. Place was wonderful and perfect for us to have family over. I was able to prepare meals and take out menus were provided which was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. There was plenty of space and useful amenities. Pool and beach great. Quiet and secluded. Liked being away from things, yet one day we didnt have a vehicle and couldnt walk to any restaurants, but got delivery.

The condo was updated, spacious, and very clean. Kathy is a great host! The location of the condo is convenient - less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 20 minutes drive to Daytona if you want some nightlife. The pools associated with the condo were very clean and well-maintained. We had a great time. Will stay here again!

Very friendly willing to help tenants. Perfect location to shops,site seeing,resturants. Great view for rockets launches. No hidden surprises. Kathy was a great host. Wonderful location

We loved this stay. Unit was spacious and just lovely. Beds were comfortable. The reason I gave 2 star on communication was I tried to call number on VRBO for hostess and number was disconnected. All in all it was so nice. Pool was freezing water.
