Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Very friendly staff and free convenient shuttle buses to Orlando theme parks. If you forget to pick up a souvenir at the theme park, they have an Orlando Studios store inside the hotel with some of the same souvenirs.

DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando
Clean room, cleaning staff were friendly. Front desk check in was easy except they didn’t ask me if I was a Hilton rewards member. Valet workers were rude.
