Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach.

Weekends at Margaritaville includes Car shows. Artisan Flea Market and Live Concerts in the Evening in the Pomenade.

Island H2O is our closest and newest state of the art water park. Only 10 mins away

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

After an afternoon exploring nearby parks, the hot tub invites you back to unwind as laughter drifts from the game room. Evenings are for sharing meals on the grill, gathering together outdoors as the water glimmers nearby.

Sleeping arrangements
Six thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer both comfort and charm. On the first floor, the King Triton Suite features a king bed, a private ensuite with a jetted tub and separate shower, and a 55" smart TV. The Siesta Suite includes a queen bed and a 50" Roku TV, ideal for quiet evenings. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite delights younger guests with two twin beds and a 40" smart TV. The Star Wars Suite provides two queen beds and a 50" smart TV, while the Clearwater Suite offers a king bed, 55" smart TV, and private ensuite. The Moana Suite accommodates multiple guests with one queen and one full bed, plus a 50" smart TV.

Living spaces & entertainment
Two welcoming living areas invite you to gather for movie nights or relaxed mornings, featuring 50" and 65" smart TVs. The air-conditioned game room provides endless fun with a pool table, ping pong, arcade games, and board games. A fireplace and ceiling fans create year-round comfort, while a dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected if needed.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes an Airfryer stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and essential cookware. A spacious dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, whether breakfast before a day at the parks or a quiet dinner after sunset. Breakfast is provided for added ease.

The house was gorgeous and we had plenty of space to enjoy vacation. The host was very communicative and welcoming. We had a lovely time and would love to stay here again!
