Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach.

Lakeridge Winery is a local Winery. Located 30 minuts away that offers wine tasting and loads of Activities on the weekends including Food Trucks.

Margaritaville is 10 minutes away and offers World Famous Estefan Restaurant owned by Gloria Estefan. A state of the art Water park. Shopping and loads of other Restaurants. Shopping and a Dine In Movie Theatre.

Weekends at Margaritaville includes Car shows. Artisan Flea Market and Live Concerts in the Evening in the Pomenade.

Island H2O is our closest and newest state of the art water park. Only 10 mins away

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Indoors, themed bedrooms and vibrant gathering spaces create a sense of play and comfort, whether you are settling in after the parks or spending time together at home. Evenings bring their own rhythm here, from friendly games in the air-conditioned game room to calm moments on the patio.

Sleeping arrangements
The 6BR layout is designed for both togetherness and privacy. On the first floor, the King Triton suite offers a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite sits nearby with a queen bed and 50-inch Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite features two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV, while the Star Wars Suite provides two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The Clearwater Suite includes its own bathroom, a king bed, and a 55-inch smart TV. The Moana Suite offers one queen bed and one full bed along with a 50-inch smart TV. Additional shared spaces include a living room with a 50-inch smart TV and a family room with a 65-inch smart TV.

Outdoor living
The private pool and spa create a refreshing setting throughout the year, with optional heating available for both. A covered patio, propane BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers make it easy to spend time outdoors, while the private backyard provides an open area for relaxation. Resort access extends opportunities with nearby community amenities including a pool, fitness center, tennis, volleyball, and more.

Kitchen and dining
A fully stocked kitchen with an airfryer stove and top brand appliances gives you room to prepare meals at your own pace. The dining table brings everyone together, and additional conveniences include a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, and essential cooking basics.

Entertainment and recreation
The air-conditioned game room features a pool table, arcade games, board games, and a smart TV. Additional entertainment amenities include a TV with standard cable, a Bluetooth sound system, a game console, life size games, and themed rooms throughout the home. Families will find thoughtful touches such as a crib, pack ’n play, children’s books and toys, high chair, children’s dinnerware, baby safety gates, a children’s playroom, and an outdoor playground.

Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, an indoor fireplace, washer, dryer, room-darkening shades, linens, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and bathroom essentials support longer stays.
