Sleeping arrangements

Three spacious Queen bedrooms provide restful nights for up to six guests, each equipped with room‑darkening shades, fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets. A full bathroom with a walk‑in shower serves the main home. The MIL suite adds a quaint farmhouse‑styled studio with its own Queen bed and a second walk‑in shower, offering privacy and a separate entrance.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and ample counter space for everyday cooking. A dedicated workspace nearby makes it easy to transition from breakfast to planning your day. The MIL suite includes its own furnished kitchen setup, giving guests flexibility for meals and quiet moments.

A large outdoor kitchen with a stainless steel stove top anchors the backyard, inviting you to cook al fresco while friends gather around the seating area. The grassy yard offers outdoor furniture and a hammock for slower afternoons, and the private entrance with smart lock ensures a smooth, self‑check‑in experience. Free parking on the premises and additional street parking add convenience.

Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year‑round, while high speed Wi‑Fi and Smart TVs in key spaces keep you connected and entertained. Essentials such as a washer, dryer, bathroom basics, and home safety equipment are provided. The property is pet‑friendly, welcoming guests who travel with animals.

Winter Park is known for its Old World charm, beautiful brick streets, & historic neighborhoods. It's uniquely like a mini-version of Manhattan’s Central Park, but in Central FL, with an abundance of parks. For an exceptional view, get out on the water & explore the vibrant lakes (a chain of six).



Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living. There’s a refined hipster vibe, packed with the area’s hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town!



Getting Around:

The best way to get around would be by car. Don't forget to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
