We stayed here for may 4th weekend and we were worried about some reviews but honestly it was pretty good. The best part was the staff they were very nice and the property was very enjoyable. It also helps that you get a free breakfeast every morning, may not be 5 star food but its enough to get your day started. I would come back for sure and thank you guys for a great stay.

We really loved this hotel. It was just easy clean and pretty. Super great value for the money and even the breakfast was delicious! Don’t hesitate to book here if you are in Disney area.

There many things that lowered my rating. - the rooms were dirty when we first checked in, we used the towels we had in the room wipe down the surface. We had to request new towels which they were quick to deliver. - the toilet seat was broken, it moved around a lot but still usable - the security safe was broken, we could not use it - the microwave was not in the room but in a different building and floor. Although accessible indoors via skyscraper, very inconvenient All of these were annoying but the following bother us the most. - They had a policy that they only clean the room after the 3rd day and it had to be requested on the second day. We requested the second day for a cleaning and went to the Front Desk to double check our request went through on the morning of the third day because we were low on everything. . We were informed that we were not added and could not be added because the itinerary for the maids were set for the day. When we push for this, they mentioned they would check but it would be unlikely to add us. Like multiple other visitors, we had put our trash outside and use our own personal souvenir bags to store our remaining trash. The halls and trash in front of each room. The room was cleaned on the 4th and they replaced all the toiletries. However, the cleaning was subpar. The sheets were not changed because the same stains were still on the sheets. - We need to hold our suitcases. They gave us the wrong luggage 3x, we had to in back.

My room had visible mold on the walls and water on the floor. It smelled like mildew. I complained to the front he said that was the best room they had and showed me a lesser room that again had a strong odor of mildew. I have a severe allergy to mold and couldn’t stay there, they offer no refund or partial refund and. Charged for my entire stay even though I couldn’t stay there due to there conditions

Location is Great, so close to all attractions and plenty of dining establishments. Housekeeping waa an issue, they clean room every 3 days you have to request it upon arrival. We did and we even called and they still didnt clean the room. Was very disappointed.

The service is terrible. I called to order toilet paper. They came 20min later and just gave me 1 roll !!!! SMH. Only 1 set of bath towels in the room.!!! Housekeepers work only 3 days a week !!!!

The staff was not accommodating for my early check in at all, when I’d spoke to them on 3 occasions about it prior to my arrival. I was coming to the city with my child and no car, just using ride share. It was a huge inconvenience for the both of us to have to wait over 4 hours from our arrival to check into our room. I would’ve booked elsewhere if they didn’t tell me they could accommodate me. Never again.

This was my second time staying at this property. Every interaction with front desk was phenomenal. The functionality of the room was well thought out. The cleanliness was superior. Everything worked as it should. Loved the extra large Roku tv inside the room. Beds were nice and comfy. Super love that the deposit was only $50. Reasonable and realistic. My only suggestion would be to add an extra top lock for the doors that children can not reach. My daughter ran out the room while I was mid shower. A peephole for the door would be nice also. The playground area was nice, not too many options, one was broken and many had spider webs. My daughter enjoyed it and stayed a while. The hammocks were clean and comfortable. The dock was romantic and inviting. Absolutely loved the scriptures planted around the hotel. My favorite part. 10/10 would love to stay again. Oh and breakfast was top tier. The healthy options were fantastic. Very filling and delectable. Would highly recommend.

Palazzo Lakeside is the City on a hill. Bright Shine with the the Light of Christ. “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16). Our opportunities to shine are limitless. They truly take advantage of their opportunities to love people like Christ with the instructions of His word, the Bible. His instructions never fail. Our check in and service at the cafeteria was outstanding with Alanís and the rest of the staff. Every little detail reflects the constitution and mystery of the family giving by GOD the Creator. Genesis 2:24 “Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh". Making a priority standing our fundation on Him and the family we can all make a difference with His instructions no the world instructions as He sent us to make a difference and to shine, love and reflect His true. Liked that it was easy place to find on a Main Street. Service was horrible. You don’t get clean towels daily. I called for clean towels and never received them. Decided to go downstairs to get them and was told that they would bring them up. Waited again 2.5 hours and called again finally after a half an hour did get them. Breakfast horrible. Not many options .

Cuando llegas debes pagar un importe extra (Resort fee) el cual no está incluido en tu tarifa diaria así que si pagas un paquete y esperas no tener gastos adicionales a la hora del hospedaje te llevarás una sorpresa! Dicen que este impuesto es por el wifi, piscina, áreas comunes y estacionamiento! Algo totalmente estupido o simplemente agréguenlo a la tarifa por noche desde el principio.

The hotel was very nice, but our room was right next to the laundry and cleaning rooms. They were super loud in thier talking and laughing, slamming doors all through the night and early morning. If you book here make sure not to get rooms in the 1st building on 1st floor you will not get a good rest.

We had a great stay at the Palazzo. The grounds were beautiful. The room was fairly plain but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing we wished we’d had in the room was a microwave but there was one downstairs that we used. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again
