Great place to stay

The gentleman Caesar who took care of me over the phone was very polite and the girls in the front and the gentleman from the breakfast that was also polite this place is very clean and I will definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a good stay for a good price

The room was a little dated but clean. The pool area was very nice. There was always someone doing upkeep on the grounds. Close to many attractions. I would stay here again.

Absolutely loved this property, it was clean as well as quiet. Having laundry on site was a big plus as well as the complementary breakfast. The pool was very clean and relaxing, we never experienced overcrowding at the pool even on the weekend.

They gave me free breakfast in the morning, they had a firestick on the tv so i could watch netflix, they were nice and fixed the tv controller when it wasnt working, i would stay here again

The premises are very clean so is the room. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The location is a plus, lots of restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the area. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, very little variety and no protein offered at all.

Family Trip to Universal

We called the property and were able to get an earlier check-in, which was great! Location is awesome, 18 min drive to Universal Studios. Pool was nice, property is clean. Room was great with a fridge, microwave, safe, hairdryer iron and ironing board. Clean and modern. Restaurants, shops pharmacy within 5 minutes. Would stay here again!

Everything was good. Also they provide small locker in the room which is great. Only disappointment was my room bathtub was clogged and wasn't draining fast. Clogged wasn't too bad but bit annoying.

For the price, this place was excellent. The check in process was easy and the staff really friendly. The keyless entry was so convenient and there was free, ample parking, right next to the rooms. The room was VERY clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. Cleanliness is usually my top concern with a budget stay and this was the cleanest room I’ve ever seen under $150 per night. Beds were comfy, shower had good water pressure, microwave and mini fridge were in brand new condition. Convenient location for parks, and quiet area at night. A little food truck area a block or two away had amazing birria tacos and mango chlamadas. So cute.

Get what you pay for...

Room was clean in appearance when we arrived. We shortly found the bathroom infested with ants. They didn't offer any fresh towels, no clean sheets, didn't take the garbage away. We had to go buy our own toilet papers and garbage bags. No onsite staff yo speak with. The phone in the room was no connected to anything. Only form of contact was via email/hotels.com Very poor accommodations, works not recommended or and WILL NOT stay there again.

I think for the money, this place is great. It appears to have been remodeled very cleanly and simply. The check in was quick and easy. Room was nice and clean. Bed was nice and AC was perfect. The shower was good. I was able to walk to Macaroni Grill for dinner, which was nice after a 7 hour drive. I had my choice of 4 or 5 restaurants I could have walked to, which was nice. Only 10 miles to Mecum car auction. Easy out this morning. I will be back in 2025.

The room had keyless entry which was a nice feature. I received an email at check in time stating what room we were in and what our door entry pass code was. They sent an email the day before we were checking out to email them once we vacated the room. There are lots of restaurants nearby and Gift Shops. We didn't receive room service but that was ok with us. We were however charged and extra $429 which was a fee for the total 8 days we stayed that was unexpected since we already paid Expedia for the room rental.
