Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Loved the room because it was very spacious and cleaned. The location was excellent for dining, grocery shopping and super close to Disney Spring and good distance from universal. Even though they are remodeling, they are keeping the common areas safe and clean. I will definitely visit again!

The stay here was great. Property is doing upgrades and I’m sure it will even better. Loved that it was a suite and was big and comfortable for me and family. Front desk agent was great and his customer service was excellent. He made sure we comfortable and even wished my niece a happy 4th birthday. I am so sorry I didn’t get his name. But it felt like he was working the entire two days we were there. Please give him our appreciation and recognition for his outstanding customer service.
