Guests of Disney's Magical Stays townhome are offered all the amenities and comforts of your own home during their stays at Windsor Palms and so much more. This townhouse is located within a private gated community with a 24-hour guard on duty.

Guests experience touches of luxury in this elegantly furnished, attractively decorated townhome. After your fantastic stay at Windsor Palms, you'll take back countless wonderful memories from visits to all the theme parks, Wide World of Sports, Universal Studios, and Disney Springs, plus peaceful resort life, and great times with travel partners.

This Disney Magical Stays townhome sleeps 6; the master bedroom and its ensuite/bathroom have a king size bed and a garden style bathtub (upstairs); the second bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining full-size bathroom (downstairs), and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and adjoining full bathroom (upstairs). Each bedroom has its own ensuite/bathroom and cable TV. The screened/walk-out pool is a real relaxing treat after spending a grand time at all nearby Florida/Orlanda attractions.

Disney's Magical Stays is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable with all the comforts of home and includes a local contact to assist you with any needs, questions, or concerns during your stay.

If you are traveling with toddlers, Disney's Magical Stays townhouse is equipped with a crib, a pack and play, and two strollers. An X-Box w/Kinect is also included for young and older adults.

The living room/lounge area features a sleeper sofa for additional guests, cable /streaming/smart television, TVs/stereo, and DVD player. Complimentary wireless internet is also provided for all guests. You will be supplied with all common appliances, dishes, towels, etc. -- same items you rely on at your current home.

The townhome is just 2 blocks from the Windsor Palms Resort clubhouse where the whole family can relax and enjoy the Olympic size pool, visit the game room, exercise at the fitness center, or catch a show at the movie theatre. The Windsor Palms estate offers tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, and child friendly playgrounds.

Great place!

We had a great time, we spent a lot of time in the parks which are close, place is great plenty of space and owners did great in communicating. Pools and clubhouse fantastic addition.

Quiet neighborhood

Communication with owner was always fast and easy. Neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Property could use some updates but didnt take away from of experience on our springbreak. Check in was simple and never had problems coming and going all day.

Great experience

Honestly this was a first time using a VRBO so I was nervous. But we had a great time location to the parks wasnt bad however that traffic is awful. Kids had a great time. 10/10 highly recommend

Short disney vacation

We stayed here with three of our grown children and one grand child and had plenty of room. The property was clean and comfortable, and in a gated community so felt safe. It was just a short 20 minute drive to the disney parks. Great place to stay and we definitely would do so again.

Great Vacation

We had a great stay! There was an issue with a bathroom drain and they came the next day and fixed it. House was great for our family! Lots of room and the kids loved finding some sand toys to take to the beach to play with. Thanks for a great week!

Multi Generational Disney Trip

We had a great stay. The owners were awesome and easy to communicate with. The property was exactly as described. It was a nice safe neighborhood very close to Disney so could come back for naps and pool time when little one got over stimulated. I would absolutely use them again.

Disney trip for family of 4

Our twins wanted to visit Disney for their graduation present. We decided to wait until November so we could enjoy the park in cooler temperatures. We were thrilled to find this home for our stay! The hosts were fantastic to work with. The house was immaculate and well appointed. The heated private pool was so nice and the beds were comfortable. The check in and out process was straightforward and simple, which we appreciated very much. Thanks for a lovely stay! We will book again the next time we’re in the area.

Great townhouse in Kissimmee.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The area is perfect for getting around to the parks, if that is your thing. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping in the area. We did notice that the towels and linens could use replacing and the pool furniture was pretty shabby. We had a couple of issues on arriving but Lisa, the property manager, looked after them promptly. All in all a great stay.

Amazing Home

We have stayed at several Townhomes in Windsor Palms & this home was the top of the line! The house was immaculate & by far the furniture, bedding, housewares was the best we have stayed at. Additionally, the little extras was appreciated - laundry pods, garbage bags, Kleenex, etc. The pool was in great condition & we liked that the pool jets were always on keeping the water clean & was always a refreshing temperature. We would definitely recommend & rent this terrific hammer again. Thank you for the great vacation!!!

Fun vacation

Property was in a great location. Everything needed was provided. We cooked in some and the kitchen was well equipped with decent pots and pans. I had trouble with the range, but it’s due to my own lack of knowledge. Everyone had their own rooms, beds comfortable but firm, pillows thick and firm. Splash pool was great for kids. Communication with owner was very pleasant and fast. Was very quiet until the weekend. We would definitely stay again.
