"The hotel is excellent and ideally situated. We had a one-night stay due to our evening flight arrival. My sole suggestion for improvement pertains to the demeanor of the gentleman who handled our check-in; a more amiable and helpful approach would have been appreciated. I was navigating with my wife in a wheelchair and managing two suitcases, and unfortunately, no staff members offered assistance."

"We stayed at Fairfield Inn for just a couple of nights while visiting Disney. We are retired and travel within the US every year staying at a select few hotels along the way. This particular Fairfield Inn was exceptionally inviting. Staff were very friendly and helpful; breakfast buffet was above what we typically get and the cleanliness of the hotel throughout was awesome! Definitely will chose this Hotel when in Orlando!!"
