Not what we expected
When we arrived there was a huge pile of trash in the front yard from the previous occupants. The floors of the kitchen and bathroom were filthy, there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, we had to wash our sheets before using because they were visibly dirty, the bathtub wouldn’t drain and was disgusting because everything lingered instead of draining out, we had to clean out food debris and filth before putting away clean dishes. The overall cleanliness of the place did not meet our standards. There were no bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, pot holders, etc. All of the basic things you would expect to be in a rental house were missing. There were no prep bowls for cooking, pans were unusable from over use and wear, not enough dishes for 8 people. We had to buy multiple things just to be able to stay. The property manager communicated various things that were going on but did not bring enough towels for everyone in our group to have one and only brought four rolls of toilet paper for a weeklong stay with eight people. She reimbursed us for the initial things we had to buy but as the week went on and we needed more things that came out of our pocket. Pool table was broken and unusable. Location was good, safe neighborhood, close enough to Disney to be convenient.
