The Wyndham Bonnet Creek is a timeshare resort inside the Disney Gates. It has 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom condos. This listing is for a 3 bedroom deluxe. It has a king in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, another king in the 3rd bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms. Maximum occupancy of 10.

Each condo has a full complement of dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, flatware, hot pads, a microwave, coffee pot, blender, mixer, toaster, range/oven, and dishwasher. It also includes plastic trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, 2 packets of laundry detergent, small bottles of shampoo and conditioner, a tiny set of salt and pepper shakers, 2 packets of creamer, sugar, and sweetener, plus a package of microwave popcorn, lemonade mix, tea bags, and 2 pkg of coffee. There are also coffee filters, a broom, and a dust pan. There is a stereo plus DVD player in the living room.

There is a hairdryer in each bathroom and a washer and dryer in the unit.

The resort has 5 pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, ping pong, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, a playground, and outdoor chess board. There are also "porch" swings located around the lake plus several gas grills that are free to use.

Parking is in front of each building, plus there are 2 parking garages. Parking is included in the rental amount.

Although Bonnet Creek is a Wyndham timeshare resort, you do NOT have to do a timeshare presentation.

All taxes and fees are included in the rental amount except the shuttle to the Disney parks, Universal Studios, and Sea World. The Disney shuttle is currently $8/person/round trip. The Universal/Sea World shuttle is currently $15/person/round trip. Those are optional.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. This world-class resort with spacious, luxurious condo is located in Lake Buena Vista only a few moments from the Disney World gates, Disney water parks, Wide World of Sports and Disney Buena Vista shopping complex. The resort is also a short drive to Universal and SeaWorld attractions.

This outstanding resort is a stand-alone vacation experience with six pools, two lazy rivers, water slides, numerous hot tubs, poolside private Cabanas, and poolside bars. The resort also features three restaurants, spa, miniature golf, barbecue areas, two game rooms, with pool tables, ping pong, sand volleyball, organized family/children activities, playgrounds and picnic areas. No wonder many families don’t even leave the resort for a vacation of a lifetime!

HELPFUL HINTS:

➢ Shuttles are available for Disney World and other attractions for a fee.

Please provide the 1 name of the person arriving and checking into the resort 1st along with a complete postal mailing address. This person MUST provide a photo ID that matches (EXACTLY) the name on the reservation and be at least 21 years of age. No exceptions.

Please note: The name of the guest checking in 1st cannot be changed once you have provided this information to us. If this name needs to be changed you would be charged an additional non-refundable $99.00 USD. Please make sure it is spelled correctly and exactly as shown on the photo ID.

Please note: If you plan to arrive more than 24 hours past your original booked check-in date you will need to notify the resort directly to avoid the resort canceling your reservation due to a “no-show”.
