"I rarely ever write reviews, but I feel the need to share our experience as the images and description online are extremely deceptive. This property is downright disgusting and unsafe for people, especially those with children. There is mold at the crease of ceilings and walls, all of the handles on the dresser and night stands are completely rusted from all the moisture trapped in the rooms. Water/chemical stains dripping all down the walls, roaches, and a strong bug spray odor, yuck! At $150/night, you would think the rooms would at least be habitable. We were in the room for 15 minutes before our family had to leave, and find another hotel for the night. Please save yourself the headache and do not boom your stay here."

"Tiny house was a bit confusing to find as well as parking. The house was just right for what we needed. A shelf in the shower would have been nice to have but it didn't affect the quality of the stay. Over all we wanted to try living in a tiny home to see if it was something we could do later in in life. I think it was the perfect size to get us a taste of tiny home living. "

"As a base for separate family members arriving at different times, it served our families well. Close enough to Disney, SeaWorld,other attractions and the beaches. Nice park with courts(basketball and pickleball), picnic areas, children's playgrounds and a splashpad( great for 3yo granddaughter) Minor problem with refrigerator ( water leaking). Contacted owner on Saturday, he had someone there by Sunday morning. Couldn’t be fixed, had a new refrigerator installed by Tuesday morning. Owner responded promptly to messages. Overall it made a good getaway for our families."
