"The property was in good condition. Unit was mostly clean. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, Rey few spoons. Over all I would rent this unit again."

"Our big family group of about 25, found this place perfect! Nice pool, comfy beds with soft sheets, well stocked kitchens, plenty of towels, beautiful view of the Banana River, close access to the beautiful beach! It was perfect! Would love to visit again. "

"A lovely little place to stay for a moms’ weekend away. The location was great. We enjoyed coffee on the pier in the morning and a short walk across the street to the Atlantic in the evening. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen to be well stocked for our needs. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Location is great and having the pool is a great alternative to mix up your trip. However, we did have issues with the door lock not working. The house does have significant wear and tear. Small holes in the interior walls, broken fencing around the house, and kitchen has some appliances that do not work."
