The breakfast did not offer fresh fruit which should be provided. The pool was very cloudy. We had to switch rooms after 3 nights because our heater stuck on and would not shut off. Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Chicago - Willowbrook
Room was not as clean staff where very respectful but over all they charging a 50 dollar deposit and I feel if that's the case why not have a microwave in the lobby area for those that didn't pick the deluxe rooms with the refrigerator and microwave
