- Located in Torregrande on Via della Pineta, just steps from the sea. It's an excellent location for reaching the most popular seaside resorts. The house is on two levels and comprises: the ground floor features a kitchen, complete with utensils, dishes, and appliances: a refrigerator, microwave, and oven.
Also on the ground floor are a living room and a bathroom with shower. The first floor features the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a washing machine. It also features a furnished courtyard. Pets are not allowed.
