"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The guest house was spotless, comfortable, and in the perfect location near the Rome cruise port, making our travel day so easy. Our host was beyond incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. She recommended the perfect itinerary for the day so that we can discover the cute small town. She made sure we felt comfortable and at ease. The day of our cruise she made sure we had transportation and arrive to the port on time! We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent communication throughout our stay. We highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, and we will absolutely return on our next trip to Rome.
