"The gym was closed the whole time, broken but never repaired even after ten days. The breakfast was the worst I’ve experienced in any hotel. It was like prison food (not exaggerating). The water in the shower was as often cold. "

Pros
Service was impeccable.
The pool was fantastic
The A/C delivered the requested temperature.
It is in front of a nice mall where you can get anything you need and the food court has very good choices.
Points to improve
Elevators. During our stay they were maintaining the elevators so moving up and down was a real challenge.
Restaurant food was mostly good but quality was not consistent.
For some reason the water on the shower does not...
