The view of the mountains is beautiful, the sounds of birds in the mornings, nice pool , Olympic size, clean rooms, clean bed sheets, good air conditioning in the room, excellent breakfast. Very well located in front of the hill bringing fresh cool air to a very hot city.

I have Stayed 2x. It does have a pool. But wifi is weak. Doors not secure at all. Tey should ask if you mind a room that has had smokers and pets. Breakfast is mediocre. They can do better.

Old hotel, alot of noise from outside gets into the room. we stayed for 1 night, the day we stayed there was a wedding that ended around 1 am, the noise was very loud and I couldn't sleep until the wedding ended. We asked for the wifi password, they told us the password would be in the room. we got to the room, there was no wifi password. We tried to call reception, the phone was not working. When walked to the reception, asked for the wifi, they told us they don't know it and they were going to send the IT guy. We told them to fix the phone, we went back to the room, no one came. We went again to the reception. After 30 mins, a "guy" came in, gave us the wifi and took the phone for "repair" we never came back. We went out that night, and we told the receptionist, again, that we needed the phone in case we need something, emergency etc. She said that if it was OK that someone enter the room without us being there to "repair" the phone, we said ok. We came back, and the phone was not "repaired". So customer service = 0, the worst. Next morning, breakfast was 3/10. Bottom line, I do not recommend this hotel not even to stay 1 night. Stay away from here.

Al momento del check in, la reserva no aparecĆ­a. Me tocĆ³ esperar varios minutos para que la reserva se viera reflejada. Por que si querĆ­a entrar antes o pagaba la reserva o esperaba. Me tocĆ³ pagar impuestos al momento del check out.

Muchos aƱos sin regresar al hotel. Es triste ver su estado de deterioro del que fuera de lo mejor de la ciudad de Villavicencio. Reconozco que hay esfuerzos, pero las habitaciones estĆ”n envejecidas, ruidosas, TV demasiado bĆ”sica, no hay opciĆ³n de utilizar apps propias (Netflix, Start+ etc.) Conectividad nula; tuve que salir a buscar el router en la piscina para conectarme intermitente. Hay que hacer esfuerzos econĆ³micos importantes para recuperar su liderazgo. Positivoā€¦amabilidad de la gente en recepciĆ³n, piscina, siempre una sonrisaā€¦con ellos lo lograrĆ”n.

Limpieza y atenciĆ³n EXCELENTES! Juegos cama y toallas : perfectos! Desafortunadamente parte exterior DE TODO el hotel incluyendo comedor : demasiado descuidado. Falta mantenimiento de pintura. Al llegar eso impacta negativamente. Aire acondicionado habitaciĆ³n y sillas terrazas: terriblemente deteriorados
